Potentially? What Nick did is highly prosecutable you threaten someone talking about ending there life by committing murder. It’s a serious case! In regards Kyle had permission to use the clip and in regards of BACC the plan was to do it outside the event not in it.

Thank you for taking it to the authorities. All of the full unedited videos were given to Kyle Willis who said he's also taking it to the authorities. If you have an email you want to share I can send over everything to you as well. This was posted in the hopes that other shows he was potentially getting a seller booth would refrain from allowing him on their convention floors.

Nick implicated your show and issued threats. Nobody else issued any threats of violence.

The video is a recording between people who aren’t myself. It was posted to bring awareness of his threats and is also being reported by the artist who is being talked about on the video and being used to share with the community who works with NickGQ so they can cease operations with him.

It is Nick that is issuing the threats.

@@noelserrato6728 5 other shows with more views already used clips/the full video already. Pulling this video would just make those shows speculate as to why it was pulled from RUclips and then they’ll all watch and share it some more.

Whatnot support has the videos and gave out a 1-week ban after previously only issuing warnings to all parties involved. We'll see if that gets increased a week from now. He's not signed to an exclusive deal with Whatnot so who knows.

@@Ktotheile unreal that he only got a 1 week ban for alluding to preparing to murder this guy and then bragging about previous murder experience to prove his credibility. What does a person need to do to get banned from whatnot? Lmao

@@davidneri2629 One seller got banned for doing a fake Mexican Accent while playing with a box of glass eyes. They were complaining about it in the Whatnot Seller Facebook Group. He was bullying another seller so it made sense.

And then Nick threatened to murder the artist. Yeah, I bought Nick’s booth sign and have his first Anonymous mask and all the money went to charity. That doesn’t absolve you of threatening to murder someone.

It is clear that Nick is a Karen and a diva. At this rate, the boy doesn't deserve this help.

It would be good to clarify 1. Who asked you to share it, and 2. Did you provide the original recording files to law enforcement? You really need to. If authentic, this has passed from mere content into evidence and lives could be at stake. If NYPD has heard this and opted not to act they must have either 1. Found fault with its authenticity or 2. Are standing by an archaic protocol that requires threats be made in person to qualify for action Of course if something DOES happen and NYPD did nothing, this will be evidence in an easily-avoided civil suit that could cost the city millions of dollars and (more importantly) lives.

@@popsequentialism7213 Kyle Willis has all the original files that were given to me and has copies of the 4 hour RUclips show Nick and Epic were on in case that gets pulled from RUclips.

You should remove this as it is now in the hands of the authorities and if you do not want to be further implicated (where did you get it, who are you, what is your relation, etc?) you should think carefully about your position. BACC will take all necessary steps to protect our show, protect our guests, our attendees, our good name; we will take whatever action necessary (legal and judicial) regarding the threat and the purpose of publishing of this video in relation to our show. Yes you are implicated, we cannot just share video because it attracts viewers, you are responsible for what you publish. And, yes, we have reported this to RUclips also

@@bigapplecomiccon6809. The video implicates Nick, not BACC. As for the premise of the video "implicating" Kyle Elliot, it does not, as he is exposing Nick and his duplicity. We understand that you want BACC to be protected, but you are attempting to conflate an issue that has nothing to really do with you.

@@bigapplecomiccon6809 I will gladly talk to them and leave the video up since it’s being shared to other conventions to also protect them and prepare them. I edited and shared a video that was legally obtained from the person who recorded it. Thank you for your concern.

The warranty got me new batteries that also died after 10 minutes so now it’s just gathering dust with the 6 batteries I have that all last 10 minutes at most if I’m lucky.

@@Ktotheile 6 batteries at 10 minutes each is an hour use. Something seems odd since most videos on greenworks shows plenty of battery power for small to mid size yards.
