I just came across these videos this weekend and have been watching them. I grew up listening these legends and am so GLAD TO SEE THE NEXT GENERATION of country legends. I'm 66 yrs old and music was my way to escape. Really LOVE this.
Awesome show and love the music and the singer, so much talent on the floor.love to hear Marty Robbins singing back in the days. But his children is doing a great job.Amen ❤🙏❤️🌹👍
Thank you so so much for printing the singer’s name when they were talkingBeen a country music fan for 65 years so have seen them all but with senior moments 😂 sometimes can’t remember their names. Love watching Country Music Reunion.❤️❤️❤️❤️🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸
Skeeter was always one of my favorites growing up in the 60"s. She had as far as I concerned three of the most awesome songs. "END OF THE WORLD", "LAST DATE" and I"M FALLING TOO
According to Tammy when Georgette was born she overheard George talking to his mother on the phone telling her how much she looked like him. She is pretty like her mother.
Oh wow, it’s really cool that they do that I am blind so I didn’t know, and I love hearing the stories, but it does get quite confusing because I know a lot of these peoples name but I’ve never heard them talk before.
What a fantastic program but what amazes me is that with all the talent these offspring have, that they haven't reached the success of their parents.👍👍
Those were two different things. The rabbits were how he got his guitar. His name came from the boys playing marbles and a neighbor asked if anyone knew where his fishing rods were. Daddy told him where the rods were. The man said, “That's just like a hawkshaw!” The nickname stuck!
I was a 21 year old, having just moved to Nashville. We were living on Kermit Drive, near Briley Parkway. I came into the convenience store at the corner. I walked in and was startled to see Faron standing at register talking to some people. Faron spoke to me as I walked in and I was so bashful I didn’t want to finish my shopping and have to go up front to checkout, but taking my time, I had to. Found out he had just flown in from Mt. Rushmore and stopped to see the owner who was a good friend of his, for a six pack. I know my face must’ve been three shades of pink. He did speak to me and asked me if I would go back to Mt. Rushmore with him, he loved going there. I think I just said I wouldn’t be able to do that, trying to play along, but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. At the time he was one of my favorite artists. At 75, I look back and think, I am so glad I had a chance to see and speak to him. I was broken hearted when he died.
I hate that they just started in the middle of the conversation. Who was that in the brown jacket and green shirt? I think these are from the 80s and 90s
The sad thing about the Country Music Hall.of Fame is like the RRHOF, the fans do not get to vote on whoever gets inducted because if we fans did get to vote there would be more legends in them.
The person who is in the brown jacket and green shirt is Ronnie Robbins, who is Marty Robbins son.
Gosh you sing like your Dad......awesome sir.
Great job Georgette Jones.Beautiful voice!
