i disagree , primarily because political parties goal should not be just power, it is a social work. so there is a fundamental issue with how political parties operate and its them who should only give good policies to people. now even that responsibility you are forcing on people? there are lot of poor people in india and there is no trust between people and politician. people are getting looted at every step of the way so its natural they would take cash over any other promises which is more likely to be a false promise anyway. politicians job is to serve people and not to play power politics. they are 100% to blame here especially congress, there should be clear law that politician should not give out any cash bribery to people for vote. welfare plans should be promoted instead and even that should have some limitation as to how much or what percentage of the revenue they can allocate for welfare plans.

You forget the impact of the Sahyadri mountain range and rains. Vidarbha (East Maharashtra) does not get almost any rains because it is stopped by the mountains in between
Let me bring to the attention some following points which were missed in video: 1. Congress + NCP were ruling Maha for 15 freaking years before 2014 and an additional 2.5 years in 2020-2022. They had enough time to uplift the poor and farmers but they didn't and farmer suicides with intense droughts were higher during their rule. 2. Congress was again in power prior to 1995 and yet again they did nothing. BJP at its core has been roughly 10-12 years in power with many times in backseat with less ministerial portfolios 3. In the coming few years a major project is underway which will give 24 hours electricity to farmers using solar. Fadnavis has a proven roadmap for it. 4. The Mumbai metro project was halted by none other than Uddhav Thackeray. 5. Steady work of Mumbai metro, connecting highways like Samruddhi Mahamarg and various highway projects along with major new under-construction PORTS that will uplift the Maha economy are underway but Ganesh forgets about mentioning PORTS. 6. People are voting for freebies and Opposition opportunist like Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal are happy to give them for votes. So the BJP has to counter them with something to come back in power or the devil's will be back with their foolish freebies puncturing the economy further. 7. Devendra Fadnavis is managing the finance of the state much better than Congress. Maha is back at number 1 spot in foreign FDI. 8. Ladki bahin yojana is a good scheme if it had been implemented only for women >60. I have women in the neighbourhood who got some sort of relief due to this scheme as they are staying alone or not earning much. Concluding, Maha is doing well in terms of economy, and freebies are kept in check unlike Congress who promises and then fails like Himachal & Karnataka. And I will vote for the BJP because only they will take strict police action against "The Infamous Communities" when they create riots, convert or create issues in our festivals or do any kind of Terrorist attacks.

I am from East Maharashtra (Nanded) my parents are doctors and they pay 30% of their incomes as taxes. And I hate it , we have frequent power cuts , almost no highways ,even main roads in a city have potholes, it's dirty , the education quality is not that good , the healthcare system is broken , alpt of businesses are suffering, we also don't get much rain & since mostly farmers a re uneducated it also leads to agricultural losses. Similar with Telangana-Andhra, Chhattisgarh-MP partition. Most of the native Vidarbhakars don't start business ventures, even the most prominent businessmen in Vidarbha are the outsider migrants. Nagpur Municipal and other government offices are some of the most corrupt and worst, Nothing happens as expected by citizens. A newly built road in Nagpur or anywhere in Vidarbha is broken twice or thrice in year for very silly reasons. "Nagpur's Youth have one of the least aspirations in the country", said Kishore Biyani, Founder of Big Bazar. Vidarbha's Youth is one of the least proactive youth I've ever seen. There are many more inside problems in Vidarbha. Why Prafulla Patel brought domestic airport to Gondia but never a hospital? Trust me, Politicians of Vidarbha are the most responsible for such conditions and no other should be blamed alone for that. I agree that partiality might have happened sometimes in development but the other side shouldn't be blamed every time. I understand this because I am a Native Nagpurkar. West part of UP is highly developed with a rich economy and a good infrastructure whereas the eastern part UP is still backward and underdeveloped But the good factor is that the economy distribution in UP now is near to a uniform / stable equilibrium and also yogi Government has done tons of work to stabilise east part.

Even though Vidarbha can be considered as the central part of India, having the good connectivity with roads Samrudhi Mahamarg, Railway network, Aviation (new airports are building) and Sea port short distances. It could be Logistics hub but except Nagpur it's not happening. A great potential isn't utilising. I hope Maharashtra govt and Mr. Nitin gadkari ji will also look at Vidarbha. good points, but you cannot ignore the geographical factor of what you call as the "eastern western divide" . Eastern side has a lot of beautiful forest ranges and tiger reserves. You cannot expect 40 storey buildings and zara stores everywhere.
Sadly Tamil Nadu is also facing the same issue which either no one speaks or even if spoken, has no impact. Because there are still many people living below the poverty line who struggle for daily living. The govt gives freebies and make many of them Lazy so that they depend on freebies and cash for vote. This is what both major parties of Tamil Nadu has done out of which one is in INDI alliance and the other is standing separate. Even worse is that even if a Finance minister tries to cut down the govt spending on freebies and corruptions for the well being, he would be thrown out to a new ministry just to shut his mouth on those matters.

Freebies in MH is an absolutely stupid decision by the BJP+ government. The problem is that at the moment that still looks better than what the opposition plans to do like more freebies and more reservation. While you mentioned that the east of MH is underdeveloped, that is also one area that's being targeted for the caste divide and demanding more reservations which is also harmful in the long run. The recipients of these rewadis are typically not in a position to oppress others. Thus, this could help reduce social divides. In providing rewadis, governments may eventually have to cut back on other schemes, including caste-based programs, which I support. To be clear, I do not oppose caste-based reservations, but I do object to financial assistance determined solely by caste. If someone earns more than me and still receives more financial benefits due to caste, I find that unfair. I don't care whether it's the BJP or the INC-if they increase the distribution of rewadis and subsequently cut down financial benefits based on caste, I support that. One more point: rewadis are not given exclusively to one community. Since the recipients are not part of an organized group, it is easier to stop rewadis than to end caste-based financial assistance directed at a community. For example, when the Karnataka government stopped distributing rewadis right after being elected, it did not create significant unrest. In contrast, stopping a caste-based rewadi would likely have provoked protests and unrest led by caste leaders.

Although the BJP claims to be against freebies, they recently announced the 'Ladki Bahin Yojna' after facing setbacks in the Lok Sabha elections, likely due to the opposition promising even more freebies. You forget the impact of the Sahyadri mountain range and rains. Vidarbha (East Maharashtra) does not get almost any rains because it is stopped by the mountains in between

Let me bring to the attention some following points which were missed in video:
1. Congress + NCP were ruling Maha for 15 freaking years before 2014 and an additional 2.5 years in 2020-2022. They had enough time to uplift the poor and farmers but they didn't and farmer suicides with intense droughts were higher during their rule.
2. Congress was again in power prior to 1995 and yet again they did nothing. BJP at its core has been roughly 10-12 years in power with many times in backseat with less ministerial portfolios
3. In the coming few years a major project is underway which will give 24 hours electricity to farmers using solar. Fadnavis has a proven roadmap for it.
4. The Mumbai metro project was halted by none other than Uddhav Thackeray.
5. Steady work of Mumbai metro, connecting highways like Samruddhi Mahamarg and various highway projects along with major new under-construction PORTS that will uplift the Maha economy are underway but Ganesh forgets about mentioning PORTS.
6. People are voting for freebies and Opposition opportunist like Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal are happy to give them for votes. So the BJP has to counter them with something to come back in power or the devil's will be back with their foolish freebies puncturing the economy further.
7. Devendra Fadnavis is managing the finance of the state much better than Congress. Maha is back at number 1 spot in foreign FDI.
8. Ladki bahin yojana is a good scheme if it had been implemented only for women >60. I have women in the neighbourhood who got some sort of relief due to this scheme as they are staying alone or not earning much.
Concluding, Maha is doing well in terms of economy, and freebies are kept in check unlike Congress who promises and then fails like Himachal & Karnataka.
And I will vote for the BJP because only they will take strict police action against "The Infamous Communities" when they create riots, convert or create issues in our festivals or do any kind of Terrorist attacks.

I am from East Maharashtra (Nanded) my parents are doctors and they pay 30% of their incomes as taxes. And I hate it , we have frequent power cuts , almost no highways ,even main roads in a city have potholes, it's dirty , the education quality is not that good , the healthcare system is broken , alpt of businesses are suffering, we also don't get much rain & since mostly farmers a re uneducated it also leads to agricultural losses. People should feel shameful for voting on the basis of freebies. They haven't realised what is happening to Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh and many other states which have rolled out freebies without concentrating on revenue generation for the betterment of the states. Similar with Telangana-Andhra, Chhattisgarh-MP partition. The only problem with Vidarbha are its own politicians who forgot about Vidarbha's interests and never raise their voices about Vidarbha's Development when getting into Vidhanasabha. Nitin Gadkari is the only exception to it, who developed Nagpur on its own instead of waiting for other's approvals and help. Vidarbha's natural climate conditions are the worst in summers which leads to the most unfertile agricultural land in Maharashtra. Nagpur's MIHAN have strong infrastructure but long distance from mainland city and have costlier land rates. Therefore, companies now don't prefer Nagpur anymore. A newly built road in Nagpur or anywhere in Vidarbha is broken twice or thrice in year for very silly reasons. "Nagpur's Youth have one of the least aspirations in the country", said Kishore Biyani, Founder of Big Bazar. Vidarbha's Youth is one of the least proactive youth I've ever seen. There are many more inside problems in Vidarbha. Why Prafulla Patel brought domestic airport to Gondia but never a hospital? Trust me, Politicians of Vidarbha are the most responsible for such conditions and no other should be blamed alone for that. I agree that partiality might have happened sometimes in development but the other side shouldn't be blamed every time. I understand this because I am a Native Nagpurkar. Even those who initiated the Separate Vidarbha movement did it for votes only and now they don't even talk about it anymore.

West part of UP is highly developed with a rich economy and a good infrastructure whereas the eastern part UP is still backward and underdeveloped
But the good factor is that the economy distribution in UP now is near to a uniform / stable equilibrium and also yogi Government has done tons of work to stabilise east part.

Even though Vidarbha can be considered as the central part of India, having the good connectivity with roads Samrudhi Mahamarg, Railway network, Aviation (new airports are building) and Sea port short distances. It could be Logistics hub but except Nagpur it's not happening. A great potential isn't utilising.

what can he do he will choose power over national development , he tried the best to develop Maharashtra by brings toilets , roads, water connections etc mainly districts like solapur, latur, osmanbad, have water shortage in 2014 we used to get water once in a week no toilets only public toilets is there but later in 2019 we got water connections, toilets , roads our area has developed but what happened congress has won in 2024 in solapur , bjp has developed my area but people choose 8500rs rather than development so by default any political party will choose freebies rather than development.
Still this is best state of India. Maharashtra gets only 15 rupees back for 100 ruppes tax. Imagine if it becomes equal. Maharashtra is suffering not because of maharashtrians but because of other states who just sucking the blood of the nation from last 75 yrs.

Sadly Tamil Nadu is also facing the same issue which either no one speaks or even if spoken, has no impact. Because there are still many people living below the poverty line who struggle for daily living. The govt gives freebies and make many of them Lazy so that they depend on freebies and cash for vote. This is what both major parties of Tamil Nadu has done out of which one is in INDI alliance and the other is standing separate. Unpopular opinion: I actually support the rewadi culture. Rewadis are given to those in need, regardless of caste or religion. The recipients of these rewadis are typically not in a position to oppress others. Thus, this could help reduce social divides. In providing rewadis, governments may eventually have to cut back on other schemes, including caste-based programs, which I support.
To be clear, I do not oppose caste-based reservations, but I do object to financial assistance determined solely by caste. If someone earns more than me and still receives more financial benefits due to caste, I find that unfair.
I don't care whether it's the BJP or the INC-if they increase the distribution of rewadis and subsequently cut down financial benefits based on caste, I support that.
One more point: rewadis are not given exclusively to one community. Since the recipients are not part of an organized group, it is easier to stop rewadis than to end caste-based financial assistance directed at a community. For example, when the Karnataka government stopped distributing rewadis right after being elected, it did not create significant unrest. In contrast, stopping a caste-based rewadi would likely have provoked protests and unrest led by caste leaders.

The oder of Honourable High Court of Allahabad regarding the blantant discrepancies in the reservation of 69000 primary teacher recruitment is the epitome of cheap pro-general caste politics of Yogi led BJP government.
