That's YT these days. I've been at it for 3 years now and I barely push 2000 subs and I have really in depth content on many different things about engineering and problem solving.
How did you land your first job. I have applied to hundreds of applications and got like one interview and didn't get a job. I am still an undergrad Junior at 4 year University, having trouble finding job/internship in the industry rn.
I loathe stand-ups! In the past people would just get up and walk to a colleague and ask for help if they got stuck. It's an utter waste of time. Same with retrospectives and sprint plannings. I know what to do, put it on my list and I will pick it up. In the 90s we didn't even have that we just had a list what we wanted to have in a release and we came up with even better ideas as we build it. I grew up in small software houses and we never had standups or even meetings it was all one to one or just as we sat at the desk together we would spitball ideas. And our code was better, our products were faster and smaller than the crap today. To me this was always proof that meetings aren't necessary and often an evil.
I hate to ask, but you are new and we are here at the brink of a new age: What do you think about Devin? It can and will, sorry to say, replace your job.

This is obviously a huge topic that deserves its own conversation
