The thing is as a landlord you also owe a lot of money. You aren’t taking the rent and going on holiday everyday. You have to pay the housing expenses, whatever you get on top can quickly be taken away by repair costs. Is it isn’t as rosy as you think. Also landlords are hard working people as well. That’s how they were able to buy property in the first place
