Tip: fitting a repair limpet controller allows you to bring the target's hull back up to take out the remaining weapons on the bigger ships. Helps because sometimes they take more damage from combat.

Great video! I also found that if you damage the NPC ships hull down to 15% or less the hatch breakers only take a second to spill the cargo. Just a way to take less damage especially if you pull a T9 to loot.

This is fun, unless you factor in that sometimes the right ship just won't spawn and you wait there for 90 minutes doing nothing.

Drop from cruise then go back. It will cause the instance to refresh.

Oscar Luna the cobra is a great pirate ship as well. Won't hold near the amount of cargo, but it's great starting ship

I tried a similar effort about 6 months ago only I used a Cutter and just hunted T9s - It was simple but so tedious that I only did it once. It is so boring after you shoot out all weapons but one, as all you do is launch limpets for 30 minutes and then do it all again to get your 512 tonnes of LTDs. It took about an hour but I'll never do it again as I found it so boring which, oddly, is the opposite of what you said. Perhaps I should have used a smaller ship....

I have a pirate cobra and it is an absolute blast and challenge to get it properly outfitted and survive pirate runs. I don't get too much cargo out of it but its a fun pastime.

Quick question. You used the FS Interdictor and didn't receive any damage to the hull when you sucessfully interdicted your target. How did you do that? Because everytime I use the FS Interdictor I get damage to my hull. Is there a max speed I should be at or something like that?

I think you will drop out at either the speed you was going or the target, when you start the interdiction. If that speed is too high, you will take damage

You need to shot them once. Dont get them under 50% hull and dont destroy all the weapons

Several ways: line up to the opening outside of 8km and then go fast or run silent or if you have a very very low hear signature you may be fine going normal
