    • @Hoop248
      @Hoop248 4 года назад +2

      Best way to introduce heavier weights to your kettlebell workout routine is to add 1 heavy set per workout.
      e.g if you are doing 3x10 do 26 lbs for the first and last set and 30+ for the second. Russian kettlebell experts recommend at least 20% jump in weight instead of traditional 5 lbs jumps. Listen to your body and add additional heavy set when you are comfortable and your your form isn't compromised. Good luck. Lmk if that makes sense to you

    Hello. What ' weight ' in the kettlebell in the film are you using ? OR what ' average ' weighted kettlebell would you recommend. Bearing in mind that you want a kettlebell that in years to come will not become too light. Thank you.

    Is this a circuit workout or do you complete all sets of one exercise and then move to the next?

    • @syky145
      @syky145 4 года назад

      Stephen Famularo I guess it’s better to do them in a circuit or at least I do it like it.

    • @chriswinnard7739
      @chriswinnard7739 4 года назад

      To me it came across as the latter. It sorta looks like a "regular" bodybuilding-style workout (where building muscle is the main goal instead of improving conditioning/stamina) that just so happens to involve a kettlebell.
      I guess it depends on your goals. Doing it as a circuit might be better for endurance.

    • @mislav9484
      @mislav9484 4 года назад +2

      it's mostly 16, 20 or 24kg. If you're total beginner 12kg is enough, 16 if you wanna challenge yourself.

    Why do these videos never mention what weight to start with ?.

    • @DanielsAUS
      @DanielsAUS 4 года назад +3

      Hey Austin, The answer is, it's a personal preference.
      Start with a weight that you feel is a challenge, and possible to finish the max reps. For unfit male I'd recommend 10-12kgs (22lbs-26lbs), for fit 16kgs (35lbs).
