Really excited for the New Liberation DLC. I am pretty excited for the new maps because in the main game and Finnish DLC there are not to many buildings, lots of open fields. There is some urban maps but not many. With the new DLC focusing on the western front hopefully there will be more buildings, and urban combat which will lead to more destruction! I really like the destruction in Ostfront and just makes it pretty fun to destroy what you see. I can't imagine what the giant mortar will do to French housing...
Maybe the urban combat will provide some incentive for the devs to try and improve CQB in this game, since this game does not shine when fighting in close quarters with infantry, lol.

Love Your Videos Sherman! Also everytime I try some Factions made by mod creators, they always feel like if their incomplete or bland. Where the factions in the game made by the games devs feel more polished and complete.

I heard they would make infantry more responsive in combat in the update 5. I just pray they add walking and shooting for infantry and then this would be way better then men of war 2 100% instead of 90%
Mace and Valour will pale in comparison to Liberation, people need to understand this. The quality of the Liberation assets will be beyond what MACE and Valour can provide...
I think what you've done with Valour is huge, amazing even, but in the end I think the game devs are going to receive more support from people than modders.
@@DimNorman of course, as a modder of other games I can completely appreciate this and valour is a great mod but a dedicated team which already knows what they expect from their game and how certain aspects should work in line with their design philosophy will always provide a more consistent experience than modders.
The Jackson and the Slugger are both mounting the 90mm gun as far as i know the only difference is that the Slugger is built on the Sherman Hull while the Jackson has its own hull of 50mm compared to the 76 of the Sherman's or thats how i usually tell em apart. Someone might provide a better explanation though And the difference between Pz 4H and J is that the J has a Manual Turret, H has a Hydraulic assisted turret, basically same thing but Turret go Spin! 😂 Love the content Sherm Keep it up
I'll buy it simply because it will be more polished than the mod can ever be. Mods are often a stop-gap for content that doesn't exist in the base game.

I hope the Lib DLC adds some end of war tanks like T29. That was always a nice addition to MoW. A big fat heavy tank that might not have seen service in WW2, but it was cool to have just as something new. I literally had never heard of a T29 until I saw it in MOW.
"Why buy Liberation?" Because I want to replace the questionable unit prices that those mods bring to Dynamic mode with a different set of questionable unit prices.
I don’t like Men of war 2 I tried a test version when people could sign up for it and it was just awful I liked men of war assault squad more and it has more mods as well
Liberation adds more than just a new nation, The Liberation DLC contains: 10 US single player missions, including 4 US skirmishes 6 German single player missions 150+ new US and German vehicles, cannon, ships, aircraft and tanks 50 new small arms 500+ new humanskins 20 new MP maps 25 new DCG (Conquest) maps - my personal favorite mode. 500+ new editor assets for the western European theater. I also think that Mace and Valour could still coexist with Liberation just as Valour did with Mace, I now have 2 US factions and will have 3. :)

Pz 4 J was a simplified pz4 H with it basically just having all "Non-essential" equipment removed and its overall design simplified even more to make production require the least amount of material and money. Some Pz 4 J's were also built with increased frontal armor and electric turret drives when there was sufficient materials but it being late war Germany, these upgraded Pz 4 j's only existed in very small numbers.
I will totally by Liberation dlc for sure because I realy love Gates of Hell, I will say one negative, and that is, I wish they would have not just dumped call to arms so completly. I really had a lot of hope that we would see a dual game going on, Gates of hell for the WW2, and call to arms for modern warfare. The base game, though, was left incomplete imo. All thar said, I love Gates of hell as I said, and I will buy liberation. Not just to support the devs but also because Mods go out of date, and I think basic DLC is going to end up working more smoothly.
The Gates of Hell developers have nothing to do with Call to Arms, GoH's publisher is CtAs developer but GoHs developer had nothing to do with CtA so you cant hold that against them - that said, I am disappointed in Call to Arms development myself, have been forever
Although, i like goh and i think liberation dlc is going to be great ,but i mostly use goh to make cinematic . so if i have to chose between the liberation dlc and mow2 , i would go for mow2 , only if it has a better editor , which i think it would . But will have to wait and see

@@EagleTube777 More units don't mean anything, nor does more quality. In every aspect, GoH looks better. And GoH also doesn't have those ridiculous freezing flaws that every MoW series has had forever. When I tested the MoW II Alfa, I could see that this is still the case. I'll look into it, but it seems like a basic, poor, soulless game. GoH seems to have been made by people who love the subject.

they removed walking and shooting a long time ago due to gameplay/bug reasons if i remember correctly.

The Panzer IV J had its turret drive removed to simplifiy production unlike the earlier H.

The Jackson is the m36. The Slugger is the m36b1, its the one with sherman chassis. Both use 90mm gun.

I dont think you need to install it, but you need to own it, its not something the devs wanted but the publisher
