With the door to the cafe looking like an elevator door I was wondering where you were going. Hidden doors like that were once a means to hide ‘speak easies’ here in the United States. A speak easy was a name for hidden bars when we had prohibition.
Such an interesting cafe. I've only been to the bottom entrance. Wanna check it out sometime. Hope the coffee is good there. Love how you were able to capture such a crazy scene so simply!
