Alcaz Island is a large island off the northeast coast of Dustwallow Marsh. Unlike the rest of the zone, it features tropical vegetation similar to the nearby Echo Isles. It is inhabited mostly by undead gnomes and technological inventions led by Doctor Weavil. Formerly, it used to be a location full of Strashaz naga.

Yea it would be better if there was actually anything for you to do in any of these ''hidden places'' but there isn't.
this place is part of a BFA questline for jewelcrafters to obtain an epic tool for their profession
@@raynesz2903 If you take your character there today is there any use to the place. Is there any lore to discover, any treasure to find, anything at all to do? No. Think before you type.
@@Akirilus as is said. that place has a purpose in the game. not everything in the world is about you and your character. there are places that only make sense for certain classes, races and factions. there is lore for that place. only jewerlcrafters know about it though and thats fine
