I tuned in to see broken windows on a car blocking a hydrant. BUT there was no broken windows.... What a shock. THE FD must be slippng. BUT then again it appears that they didn't have to go through the car as the hydrants connections could work with out it.
Just how long did it take...? Then when you are done doing that, be sure to show us a video of you doing it faster. Maybe you could use your jetpack and fly up there
Plate number on the registration sticker doesn't match the license plate on the front of the car parked in the hydrant. Could be stolen sticker or plates or car or all of the above.
Slow response time. Somebody could have died. Could have easily turned vehicle on side to access fire hydrant. I was told all American fire appliances carry water so arrive connect hose ,water on fight fire connect to hydrant , continuous supply to fight fire. Fact UK fire engine arrives and in less yes less than 30 seconds water fighting fire, hose connected to hydrant, continuous water flow. Learn from UK , life and property are precious.

Here in Bedford Park ,they park on the sidewalks overnight.
A chauffer who can hook up to a water supply without breaking windows to the vehicle blocking the hydrant. Pro move right there.

Go figure, an Uber van.
I guess sooner or later, it will burn itself out.
Like why at 5am? What the hell are you doing at that time to trying to burn your neighbors down. Management should terminate the lease.
Happened in my building a little more than a week ago at 4:30 am.
Ebike?
No excuse for blocking a fire hydrant. Vehicle needs to be towed, owner fined and their picture in the papers
