Hello Jonas, such a great tutorial. May i know how to transfer our domain to the buyers? if the buyers has a different registrar from the seller. for example if we, as a seller have a hostinger account and the buyer has godaddy account, is it just like get the EPP code and then give to the buyer or maybe we must have goddady account too, and then push the domain from our godaddy account to the seller's goddady account? Looking for expired domains is simply an approach that helps you find great domains easier. Just wondering, why would you send an advertisement of your domain to a business that already has their own website? Shouldn't you be looking for businesses that don't have a website yet?
The reason is that some business owners see an opportunity to grow their business with a better domain name. Some use it for advertising, and redirect to their existing website, and some will want to move it over. That said, business owners without a website is just as ideal if not more ideal to reach out to when selling a domain via reach out.
@@listen2qualityarticles287 My strategy is to find great domain names (not good, but great) in niches that I know would buy the domain. Then I just them as Premium on GoDaddy. For most domains I recommend listing on GoDaddy/Afternic as a "Premium" domain. Also put a "For sale" lander on your domain (you can use GoDaddy's very easily) and so when people search your domain on GoDaddy or even go to your URL, they'll be able to see the price and either purchase it right away, or call a Afternic representative.

It's a premium domain that gets 80k google searches per month I feel like if I find the right buyer I could sell it quick but I just don't know how to promote it or show it to buyers other than dynadot marketplace.
Hello sir, That was a good video but I'm a complete beginner. Would you please tell me 1 year registration for domain flipping is worth? or it depends upon my domain name because my budget is low worth of 10 dollars. Love from Pakistan! :)
Not sure what you're asking. The minimum you can register a domain is for 1 year, that's what you should go for too, no need to buy more years right away.
@@JonasNielsen hey JONAS,kindly assist me to buy the domain.
Amazing dude what a video to help people who are in need I know this work and I'm old in this work in 2019 I worked under a guy but in 2020 I started my own business and I have sold 5 domains in 2020 of domains buying selling please create a good script and tell me niches I'm out of niches I only sold domains in one niche that is Advertising 😂😂
What do we do if they don't reply you even after 5 follow ups with them.
On to the next!
is it wise to buy premium listing for domain flipping . please help me
Do your due diligence!
It depends on your luck because luck factor is important in this domain game
Great video man, What would you say about 5-letter pronounceable domains ?
5 letter common words are hard to find, but very valuable! If the word is more like a brand word then it can still be worth a ton, but depends on the name and if it's gonna be discovered by those looking for such name.
@@JonasNielsen Thanks for the response, I've recently bought some domains and listed them on sedo, afternic and godaddy auctions, have a look:
Evavy.com
Vquar.com
Coinyer.com
Crapar.com
Greyot.com
Systow.com
Thanks for sharing. The strategy you're going for here with these domains is kinda high risk high reward. If a company is set on one of these names, they'll buy your domain at a premium, but there are also probably not gonna get much eyeballs, so may be a long wait. I would add in some short term quick flip domains in your portfolio as well, like the location + niche formula.
@@JonasNielsen Thank you! I really appreciate your support
@@JonasNielsen How profitable would you say madgoogle.com is?
When buying from go Daddy do I need to opt for privacy ,,it will add more cost
No need for privacy. Waste of money imo.
@@JonasNielsen thanx you made the best video on this topic . Trying out this way but scare as I am doing it for the first time .. can you assist me
No reason to be scared. I'd recommend getting the software I mention in the video and that will give you additional training too. I'm happy to help as well.
@@JonasNielsen I am buying that but If I come across a confusion whether ,I should buy that or not how will I contact you?
What about belaurusfood.com. Location +niche combination it's cheap but doest it have potential to sell again
Do you know of any good websites I can buy domains from? Including the obscure ones.
Name cheap expiredDomains.net dynadot,sedo
Somthing about deep german/austrian voices is so calming too me!! I love it lol :)
On go daddy do u sell ur domain through the auctions?
I will usually list the domain as a Premium domain with a fixed price. But auctions with a buy now option is good too.
Jonas Nielsen will it be smart to do 7 day auctions or would u recommend premium listing?
@@Kevin-gg9ve 7 days isn't really enough to attract a buyer but it doesn't hurt to try. You can always do auction first and then Premium after.
Jonas Nielsen so do the auction that take 87 days?
Jonas Nielsen and how does premium work
do you think ilike.domains is a good one do sell?
Why not to list on Afternic premium network too?
You can! :)
Good stuff mate!!!
it was great to learn from you
Please list all websites you use in description.
Is there an alternative for PR Rage?
You can use expireddomains.net as an alternative for free but might not allow you to find domains as quickly as with PR Rage.
Hallo, I have a question... In godaddy and sedo want take money if I want to sell there more from $5, also they want pay each month. I have 1 domain in godaddy, how can I sell? If you help me to beginig in this business domain I will give you % comisions. Kind Regards
I want to ask you about that software I am visually challenged I am blind my name is Ishan Dhami from India I just want to do domain flipping so is that software accessible with screen reader and if it is not so where can I find some good websites who can help me to search a good domain
how will i get the money from someone who buys my domain
The platform you sell on (Godaddy, Sedo, etc) will handle payment and send you the money.
Jonas Nielsen Preciate tht
did you sell that Bahamas domain name?
Yep, sold it for $836 about 45 days after I listed it for sale. Didn't do any marketing. Listed it on GoDaddy/Afternic - see screenshot: prnt.sc/23o1a1e
My uncle owned AIFlix.com and got $20K offer from GoDaddy auction right off the bat. He sat on the offer for a couple weeks, then privately sold it for $84K. Now the domain is being sold for $10M on Epik.com. #cray
Damn that's crazy. What a flip!
