In this video I'll show you how to make $100 per day flipping domains. Also known as domaining, flipping domain names and digital real estate.
You will see the 4 part domain flipping blueprint. Find, buy, flip and profit. I will guide you through exactly what to do step by step in this video tutorial.
Find your domain by looking up locations or niches, and find your valuable domain from there. It's easier to sell your domains to businesses that are specific to them, which is why the best way to make money online with domain names is to use the location + niche formula when finding domains.
Once you have found a good domain name, preferable dot com, you simply buy it on GoDaddy, and list the domain on either Sedo, Namesilo or GoDaddy Actions as a Premium domain (recommended way).
Once somebody buys your domain, you get paid via PayPal or your preferred method of payment. It's an easy business model and requires no skills or special knowledge.
If you're looking to make $100 per day buying and selling domains this is the best tutorial video to show you how. I have bought a lot of premium domains using the software at the end of the video, only taking me 5 minutes for each domain, and buying the domain for $12.
Flip that for 1K and do that 3 times per month, that's $100 per day.

I once sold a domain that I bought for $10 for $3000! I was contacted directly by entrepreneurs about to launch a business. Ask them to make an offer before you give a number. When they said $1000, I knew they were serious. I had been approached by others who wanted me to just give it to them or maybe $100. I countered with 5000, but let them know it was open for negotiation and we settled on 3000. Very exhilarating!

@@Jay-tu9vf I'd rather not disclose it, but it appears they are either out of business or no longer using the domain. It's for sale for $5500! Strangely enough, they always used it just to redirect. I had read an article about a new kind of attraction and the url for more info was one of those with tildes and so I registered the generic domain. Also, until recently I always kept my whois contact public. Spam is no longer a factor and I'd like to encourage people to contact me directly. However, my new host makes every listing private (free) so I will just have to put a note on the web page itself.

Hey how's it been going? I'm so interested in Domain flipping.... I just wish there were videos out there explaining the full reality of this... Like you may wait a really long time... Or you will have to spend actually way more money to advertise or something. I started out optimistic watching the videos.. But then the comment sections were kinda something else. May i know how to transfer our domain to the buyers? if the buyers has a different registrar from the seller. for example if we, as a seller have a hostinger account and the buyer has godaddy account, is it just like get the EPP code and then give to the buyer or maybe we must have goddady account too, and then push the domain from our godaddy account to the seller's goddady account? If you sell on your domain on a platform like GoDaddy Auctions/Premium or Sedo, they will take care of the transfer. But if you privately sell a domain and want to transfer a domain, I'd advise to contact your registrar and ask them how that would work in your scenario.

@@ranggakcs You just need to register a domain. Technically it doesnt matter if it's expired or "new". The thing about expired domains is that those are usually more valuable because a lot of the good ones are already registered. Luckily thousands and thousands of domains expire everyday, so that's where I would focus.

Great video. One question I had is about the domain being expired - you mentioned it a couple of times. Is the thinking behind the expiration that it is more valuable because the original owner may want to buy it back? In addition to the keyword value?
Looking for expired domains is simply an approach that helps you find great domains easier. Since expired domains have already previously been purchased indicates that there is some demand for those... hard to explain, but in short, it doesn't matter if it's expired or not, as long as you find a great domain that can be sold for higher than you purchased it.

Usually buy it now, and I always list lower than the appraisal price. The lower you set it the faster the sale (roughly speaking).

Absolutely. I love PR Rage. I could not find valueable domains in 5 minutes anywhere else, and the training / interviews that comes with the software really helped me a lot to get into domaining. 10/10

Can be both. Doesn't matter but it might be easier to find expired domains as many good domains are already registered.

Awesome Robert. Sounds like you want to flip websites... Do you mean getting a domain, putting a website on it, and then selling that website? I did a review of a product called WebSuitePro on my channel that are used for this exact purpose of building websites really fast and flipping them on Flippa or direct to local business owners. That video includes some training too if you're curious, I would start there.
If you're more into just selling domain names, then this video is all you need to get started, and perhaps the advanced training and software that I recommend at the end if you're serious about that model.

If buying and selling on GoDaddy, everything is automated and you don't have to worry about anything. If privately selling a domain. You would receive payment, ask the buyer to create a GoDaddy account, and from within that platform you can manually transfer a domain from one user to another.

@@carlijalla Yeah it's called premium listing like he said in the video. Or featured listing in Godaddy case. Its sure your name will be shown to a lot of people but it still doesn't mean they will buy it. You can check some names get numerous bids although they were seen by less than some others which didn't get any bid on featured list

Which tools to use to create available domains names that will sell for $1000-3000 ? All the free tools on the web like looka, namelix etc,etc, not doing this. These tools add words to your name so it make sth edomain name longer, not shorter or as catchy branding memorable name who is worth to buy for $1000-3000. The last year I tried to sell a new registered domain on godaddy auction- no luck the godaddy auction looks empty, no traffic, no bids.

There's no difference between an expired domain and a ready available domain. Most great dot com domains have already been registered though, so snapping them when they expire can be lucrative assuming you buy them cheap and sell them higher than what you purchased them for.

Do you need to have a website set up in order to sell the domains? I’m sure it helps to have something presentable. But is it necessary?
Not at all. However, you can sell a website with a domain which has a significant amount of traffic already, maybe even with affiliate links f.ex. This is more like selling a business. You will have to disclose the earnings before the deal is sealed.
A website does not add to the value of a domain, if its just for the sake of presentation.

I don’t really understand if I pay for a domain name for a yearly fee of say 10$ and then sell it for say 1000$ does the person/company have to pay 1000$ a year to me or to the domain name provider I originally bought it from? Or is that a one off payment to me ? Do they carry on my payments to the original seller or do I carry on paying the 10$
You pay the domain registrar the yearly $10 fee, and yes the $1000 sale is a one-time transaction to whoever sold the domain (you ie.) - depending on where you list your domain for sale the website (GoDaddy, Sedo, etc) will take a small commission from the sale. Hope that makes sense.

Isn’t there a massive danger that you are stuck with a load of domain names that you have paid for and continue to pay for each year if no one wants to buy them?
Yes, the renewal fee is always the same apprx. 10 bucks for dot com domains. As for a 'massive danger' to be stuck with a load of domain names that didn't sell in a year, sure, it's part of the game, but a certain percentage of your domains will sell and so when it's time to renew you can choose to renew or not renew. Part of the domain flipping game.
Ah, ok kind of makes sense now thanks, I suppose it’s a bit of a gamble, but I guess the application of intelligence and logic with a little research should hopefully yield results and the barrier for entry is very low if you were to start off with just say 10 domains.
I’m also considering starting my own domain name company but initial costs and yearly license fees to ICANN seem prohibitively expensive!

Not sure what you're asking. The minimum you can register a domain is for 1 year, that's what you should go for too, no need to buy more years right away.

Just wondering, why would you send an advertisement of your domain to a business that already has their own website? Shouldn't you be looking for businesses that don't have a website yet?
The reason is that some business owners see an opportunity to grow their business with a better domain name. Some use it for advertising, and redirect to their existing website, and some will want to move it over. That said, business owners without a website is just as ideal if not more ideal to reach out to when selling a domain via reach out.

@@listen2qualityarticles287 My strategy is to find great domain names (not good, but great) in niches that I know would buy the domain. Then I just them as Premium on GoDaddy. My focus is on finding domains, if I find good ones, I know they will sell as Premium sooner or later. Just don't overprice it, make it a good deal too, slightly below the GoDaddy valuation.

The platform that the domain is listed on will take care of the transfer so it happens automatically. I.e: If a domain is listed on GoDaddy's marketplace, the buyer will have the domain transfered to his GoDaddy account once the purchase is complete.

5 letter common words are hard to find, but very valuable! If the word is more like a brand word then it can still be worth a ton, but depends on the name and if it's gonna be discovered by those looking for such name.

Thanks for sharing. The strategy you're going for here with these domains is kinda high risk high reward. If a company is set on one of these names, they'll buy your domain at a premium, but there are also probably not gonna get much eyeballs, so may be a long wait. I would add in some short term quick flip domains in your portfolio as well, like the location + niche formula.
