Recived this kit at x-mas. Goes wonderfull together. But i have painted all of the parts. The body in corsa red(ferrari red) with a black roof. 2 tone seats and dashboard, doorpanels in red with gloss black and carbon fiber decals. And it came out very nice. Was a good adding to my german cars collection.
That's a beautiful car. It's a beautiful kit. It's nice to see the snap kits are actually looking as good as the glue kits. Well done and thanks for the review.
Great build. With a little bit of effort you can really make those simple kits look great, and you clearly showed that. Nice to point out the issue with the wheels. Hopefully, Revell will listen. Thanks for sharing.
Nice build Chris. Looks like you shined the lower door panels instead of leaving them flat. Future bleed through? Had that happen to me. UGH! Thanks for sharing... now, time to try and find one! Take care...
Thanks for the review, Chris. One suggestion - on complex curves I have found that applying solvent then heat across the decal using a small heat gun on its lowest setting will soften most decals to make them conform to compound curves, edges, and the like. Key is gradual application of heat. I tried hair dryers and they don’t work as well as a heat gun - think you need a few more watts of output than a hair dryer can do. Second - you didn’t paint the body, but given the tight tolerances elsewhere on the kit, would you expect some addition fit issues with the front & rear facias, the glass, mirrors, etc if you had thrown a coat of paint on the body? Thanks again for the review.
Question...as you paint parts on the trees still, you still have to cut them off leaving bare mold to them. Do you go through them individually and paint them again??
This kit has couple of issues, that needs to be addressed. My kit and all that I've seen built, has similar sink marks. Front bumper, rear quarter panel, rear wing, side mirrors and brake rotors. Also, when they used "metallic" plastic, it caused swirls, that are quite obvious. Body needs to be painted properly.
This is going to be a sad generation of model cars to build. There's not much to ev's. I guess modelers are going to have to assemble each cell in a battery pack now.
Don't worry we have a hundred years of gas powered models to build. Hahaha. I m working on a revell 1980 citation that I bought nearly 40 years ago. Great fun!
Maybe that's why these other new car models coming out don't leave much for building. They're all in one mold, there's no building engines, exhausts and chassis are already molded together. There's nothing to them. Why bother
Nice kit. Would be nice if they actually tried to put more detail in the "mechanics" of the car. I know it's not as intensive of a mechanic as in gas cars, but I've seen a couple of guys dabble in their EVs on RUclips (like Robert at Aging wheels) and there's still things they could put under the "hood" to give more details. I'm not saying that a curbside like this isn't nice. I'm just saying that it would be interesting to get to assemble the bigger modules and electric parts (really dunno how to call all those parts) and be able to show them.
@@robertmann7277 I wasn't saying there's something wrong about curbsides. I'm just saying that I hope that all EV kits that come out won't all be curbsides. There's a lot of modules and electric/electronics parts that could be interesting to show.
@@chassegallerie2910 that's true, but, there's not alot to look at so, until they become more mainstream I think they'll be alot people who are dazed and confused ( but it will come eventually )
You only do one thing different, and it sets your builds apart - details. Not hyper extreme white spark plugs, but the details that are readily seen. Too many details and it looks crowded. No details and it looks fake. Look at a car from across the street - what details stand out? That's what is captured in every kit built here. Everything suffers when the details are missed. Thanks for another detailed build. BTW, I would have painted the gas cap silver...
Very nice video of this car. I look forward to getting me one now. Thanks for posting the full build.
BEST BUILD OF THIS KIT i'VE SEEN SO FAR! You did a really amazing job
These Easy Click kits are really well detailed and I'm happy to see yet again a model of a present day car.

Nice build Chris! Like the way you add different color tones.
That's a pretty cool plastic model car kit 👌
Nice job Chris, looks great!

This will make a nice kit thanks for sharing this as always

I have hauled several of these Etron. They are kinda neat
Thanks for the review, Chris.

Thanks for showing us the full spectrum of model subjects Chris, and for always giving us your honest opinion. Looks great.
Nice 👍🏿
P.S.- LOVE the seat treatment, I'm going to start doing that ( will save a lot of time )
Very cool build Chris! It is definitely nice to see something new and different!
Very nice work Chris

Nice build.
Very nice looking kit
Beautiful car - and great job.
Well done mate👍
Great build! It looks like a very mature ( if that makes sense ) kit for a snap kit. What is the lead time on when the kits will be in the stores ?
LIKE 👍 👍 👍👍👍 🤩🤩 🤩 🤩 🤩💖💖💖💖
Hpiguys, will we see you try duplicolor auto match spray paints sometime ?
Are you applying your Pledge this way all time or you airbrush it normally?
There is someone at the door?
What kind of pen are you using at 31:36?
That would be a Gundam Marker

Well, curbside models are pretty cool, in my opinion. I don't think the manufacturers are going to quit making the classics anytime soon.

Curbside models are a great " cool down " build after a challenging kit ( it keeps you in the game, but is relaxing at the same time )

Lol I read it as Polish interior...as in Poland lol
