@@amari2509 he bought crew earlier, once you buy crew you dont need to pay for it unless you're changing the slot

If you assign a crew, you can later click on the crew and "send it on vacation" or just assign another vehicle to it. This makes the crew operate the new jet (or nothing if "on vacation"). Later , you may assign that same original jet back to the slot you assigned it to in the first place at no cost. However, assigning it to a DIFFERENT slot will make you pay the price again.
I made the msitake of not using the same slot for my premium A-10A (early). I assigned it to a slot (paying 16k), later switched the slot for a different vehicle, and then chose a different slot to assign it to later (another 16k). If you are going to be an air main, stick to ONE SLOT for ALL PLANES. This allows you to consistantly use a good crew. Only drawback is that this strat is not good for Air Arcade Battles, as a full lineup gives you ahigher chance of winning.
