I really have no words, but thank you so much. I am late to the party but on time for the spiritual healing of this music. Thank you so much for allowing it to be available like this. I wish it were a DVD to purchase. This could raise funds for the orchestra. (I also appreciate how this audience knows how to let the endings of the pieces sustain to their proper completion then applaud. A breath of fresh air.)

I don’t know much about classical music, but I suppose Beethoven would have loved to have Brian Blade in his orchestra or even written a piece or two to feature him.

Assume positive intent, they don't know what they're experiencing, classical players don't easily connect with improvisation and are required to sit passionless.

@@3lueant347 --Since Loyola U. is in New Orleans, every one of those players knows what is going on. They are surrounded by it every day! Lol

They loosened up toward the end, the clarinets, the flutes... pause at about the1 hour and 12 sec mark and look at those faces in the shot, that drum roll got 'em !!!

I feel sorry for the brunette young lady sitting on the end... She missed so many amazing musical moments. If I was the conductor she would've had to leave the stage. Like.... permanently LOL
