I love how her son's only criticism of her food is a subjective one cause he didnt like fish. I've eaten paella with shrimps and mussels before and its not a bad combination when you use the right spices for both.
He didn't say he didn't like fish. He said it tastes of too much fish. Probably because she used no spices in it at all (although he also just seems unaware of seafood paella as a thing). And in another dish, he says it has no flavor. And in another, her "seasoning" is a carrot sliced up in the pot.
Kay doesn't know how to season or flavor food.
Alex's lighting is truly immaculate.
Go on kay. She's so nice and even though her cooking isn't quite there she does the best she can. Well done kay. We're rooting for you!
