Gordon is calmer with kids because he knows that theyre children, they have a life to learn. In hell's kitchen, it's supposed to be professional chefs, they have a restaurant.

If anyone doesn’t know. In Hell’s Kitchen two teams run Gordon’s restaurant and every episode someone leaves. The last person gets their own restaurant. Then kitchen nightmares is where Gordon helps struggling restaurants to get back in business

as someone who works in a 4.5 star bar and restaurant that during peak hour has 100/120 orders per hour, no one should EVER have to wait 30+ minutes for food. our orders always take max 25 minutes and if someone complains about the wait (especially if it's over an HOUR doe PIZZA?????) you should be able to give them a discount or something. no customer should wait that long and be treated like that

Hell's Kitchen is 10/10. Such good react-able moments and you guys just scratched the surface. Kitchen Nightmares is good but you guys have done almost all the good parts (the big two I notice that are missing are the hey ninoooooo episode and the burger kitchen episode where the chef FLIPS out. There's more but I can't think of them atm).
