Awesome first video mate, the points mentioned with burnout I’ve had it happen a few times either with playing a grindy online game, multiple games back to back or generally playing games I wouldint normally play for challenges.

Good overview of all the type of challenges. Uncharted 1 was my first big challenge and it started a journey of improvement. I am not the most skillful player, but with dedication and a high pain tolerance I managed to earn a few great and challenging Platinums. I am all for personal challenges, because they make you grow. At the moment I take a break from trophy challenges and focus on enjoying games.
So many different ways challenges can be done it's part of what makes them so good depending on the person, there are always risks but challenges can be amended to suit the persons comfort levels and desires. Glad you enjoyed the video

I can't say I challenge myself too often, but one I was quite proud of was doing Kena Bridge of Spirits on master difficulty before they added NG+ 🤔 that thing was brutal!

I love challenging myself for some platinums. Easy games are a fun palate cleanser, but when I am challenged I feel more engaged in whatever game I am playing

Last year I set myself a challenge to get a 100% completion profile by the time I hit platinum #100. I failed 😭 mainly because Persona 4 Arena was too difficult. So I ended up parking it and played Baldur's Gate 3 for my plat 100 instead. I'll get that Arena plat eventually, I haven't given up on it but just not putting pressure on myself to make it a milestone.
I also take part in the PSN Profiles forum events. Currently signed up for the Spring Backlog Challenge and Bingo Bonanza 😊

@@CrimsonPurgatory93 It's just like every game, stick with it long enough and you're gonna get good at it. Also ps3 version makes it actually easier because you have to do online co-op for the hardest part and I know someone that has to finish the ps3 stack 👀 Anyway good luck on your channel mate, can't wait for more top tier content

Challenges are dubbel edge for me. Played some great (not so) great games I normally did not play. Also met some great people along the way. But the other side was a big burnout.
Heck yeah man there's always a bit of light out there even in a dark time, burnout definitely sucks though.

Im currently doing the alphabet challenge. Starting from Z going down to A, so at the end you scroll by it in the right order. I’m taking half a year and going for only for good games and no easy shovelware (except for the Z because I really couldn’t find anything). I’m at the R right now doing Robocop Rogue City ❤
