my favorite person in ABBA the prettiest women who ever lived ~! Agnetha Faltskog ! Thanks for doing this awesome video BB! Cant wait till the next part ! And looking forward to Frida too !
You are so gifted with your documentary series. My hope is that at least one of the band members will see this and arrange a one-on-one tour with you. They don't need to appear on video if they would prefer it to be a more casual encounter. But you could certainly share their memories and their inspirations.
Your spiritual connection to the Swedish Fab Four is easy to detect and it rubs off on us the viewers. I for one can’t wait for your mini -movies about our Four Viking Idols!
I went to Jönjöping in 2008. It's such beautiful little town with pretty friendly People. Thanks Brother for your fantastic work ❤ Greeings from Germany to all the fans around the world.❤ Simone
Anything Agnetha gets a click from me! This is especially timely as I just finished (again) the ABBA biography Bright Lights Dark Shadows, so I'm looking forward to the next part, thanks BB !
I heard an interview on whch Both Benny and Bjorn stated that they didn't know to read/write music notes while composing their great songs. They did it practically by heart. As they revealed Agnetha was the one who could plus she was also a pianist apart from being a songwritter.
@@LapsangTeThanx ,Well Yes i kinda knew that about songwritting and reading notes being neccesary or not .I didn;t know about that happening with Benny/Bjorn nor about Jagger,Dylan that you state, though I knew about Paul from an interview of his..I also knew about Agnetha's piano and songwritting ability but not about her knowing to read and write down notes.
@@AntjeDebus You mean the Chess musical?Well maybe Tim Rice 'forced' them to,lol! But according to David Melor from the Daily Mail,(it was around the 'Piano" album late '17)Benny still claimed 'not to read music properly, but these performances of songs he has composed over several decades show a mastery of form and harmony, as well as of melody, that suggests he is being way too modest about his technical accomplishments'.And I do agree.Well, maybe he has finally learned ,maybe not. l'll am satisfied one way or another.😊
Thank you BB for your constant detective work, enlightening us all from around the World, looking forward to this series. I'm so impressed with neatness and order of the Swedish lifestyle - cars in dedicated spaces, clean streets etc, a credit.
I'm a bolivian ABBA fan, living in Jönköping-Sweden for 8 months now. I didn't know this was Agnetha's hometown until this documentary. Thank you very much.
Thank you Bobby for the latest vid, imagine what it would have been like to be a neighbour and hear her sing , knowing she was destined for greatness!!
What a great video, thank you BB… Can’t wait for these videos…You really fill in the blanks for us Abba fans…What was the name of the music track you used in the intro to the video BB?
That piece is something I have done. I named it "Sailing Away". I only created it for myself, but started to use it on some of my videos. You can hear a longer version of it in my location video to ABBA Voyage in London: ruclips.net/video/k7EaBG7nqkk/видео.html Thank you for your encouraging feedback, and for the specific question.
Thanks, Bobby's Brother. Such a great short film... love these journeys into the locations of the albums and the past. Sweden is very beautiful. Looking forward to more.
Gracias y felicitaciones Bobby. Abrazo desde Argentina. Clau Vivian❤❤❤❤❤

I live in the area since 31 years just 100 meters from this house. The area is called Liljeholmen (Lily Islet). Very nice surroundings with Swedens second biggest lake and a nice and long beach just around the corner.
You are amazing BB! A true gem! I never stop being impressed by your talent, work and the humble person you are. These films walking in Abbas footsteps are so interesting. You know more about and see more of some of the locations than I do as a swede. Looking forward to see the full video. Your channel is the only one that always get a thumbs up from me. Thank you for not begging for that in every video, that is rare these days, as you are. No one can tell others what to like and try to force and beg people to like and subscribe, it is probably not a very successful method anyway. That you have recruitment campaigns for subscribers sometimes doesn´t bother me at all, it´s the constant nagging in every video often several times that is off putting so thank you for that as well. You deserve so many more subscribers but that´s probably due to YT´s algorithm more than anything. P.S Your swedish pronunciation is very good. Are you studying swedish? If not, I´m sure you would be a fast learner and successful in that as well.
Looking forward to this very much. Your videos are getting better and better, so informative and so professional, really enjoying seeing more of Sweden outside of Stockholm. Well done on hitting 26K that will surely grow as more people discover these wonderful mini documentaries
Thank you. I got all information and details from Emilia Sjöholm. She is a singer-songwriter, and ABBA fan, living and growing up in Jönköping. This is her famous version of ABBA's "Don't Shut Me Down": ruclips.net/video/GdCsMIRsyrg/видео.html And this is her self-written song "Wait For Tomorrow": ruclips.net/video/_u29Ad1Ycl0/видео.html
So dedicated BB! I have enjoyed these nostalgic trips back to the old locations, very interesting. The house/ flats look so well considering how old they are? If it was here in the UK they would be looking a bit worse for wear by now or falling down!!
It would probably be possible to find out which flat she lived in. If you visit the local archives there are documents in which you can see who lived where. In Sweden most of that type of documentation is open to everyone, so you can do your research.
LOL!She had said that story in the Dick Cavet show.Despite them doing a fine performance of a mini gig there that interviewer was such an awkard one no matter his grande fame.Such a boring man imo.Bobby's brother should have done this. interview,he!he!
@@michaelrochester48 Not sure I agree. Slipping Through Your Fingers was terrific, as it was a slow song and a chance to hear Agnetha's voice. Otherwise the performances of most other songs were flat, stilted and pretty constrained. A lot of ABBA fans seem to agree (as do the ABBA biographies). Not that nobody shouldn't enjoy them of course.

You don't have to be able to read or write music to be a songwriter. Lennon and McCartney couldn't either, nor Jagger and Richards or Bob Dylan.
In some other video it was said that for their musical they sat down to finally write the notes down.
