I feel the EXACT same way about the eclectic grandpa fits! I loved all of them on you, but especially the first. Your styling skills are unmatched.
The apron was surprisingly super cute with the last iteration of that outfit! Those kinds of pieces can be tricky to style and not cross over into costume territory, but I think you did it successfully. And if you keep wanting to add more feminine touches to "Eclectic Grandpa" maybe you are just more into "Eclectic Grandma" and that's okay! She can also be married to Coastal Grandma lol.

I also liked the apron curiosity :) I think there is potential to style those really aprony aprons asymmetrically, like to let them fall over one of your hips. This way it wouldn't cross over to much into tradition or costume territory 😅

09:21. Add a bunch of conditioner into a sink/bucket and soak, then stretch out then wash it all out w wool detergent or vinegar then rinse and dry with towel, now important part you can stretch it again and block it with pins or sewing needles on appropriate backgrounds and wait for it to dry! Good luck it worked with my stuff

Knitter here! Try washing the sweater, letting it dry flat for like half of the dry time then hanging it up for the other half of the dry time until it's the length you want. The gravity of the wet piece should stretch it down slightly. Hope this helps!

You can put your shrunken sweater in a bathtub filled up just enough to fully submerge it with warm water and add about 1/2 cup of conditioner in water, let it soak for like 30 mins. Start stretching it out as much as you can, pull out and lay on towel and do a little more stretching and it should be good after you let it air dry!!

If you shrink something you put that in the warm water with hair conditioner and soak for few hours then rinse squeeze gently and lay flat to dry works great

I really think you should try that apron on the back of the dress. It would look like peekaboo ruffles in a way. Or I have styled mannequins with the apron around the neck like a cape. Looked pretty cute

For the eclectic grandpa I think putting a pop of color with the shoes ( like a red clog ) would make you like it more and also add to the eccentricity
