Gyeongju seeks sustainable ways to grow as city of cultural heritage

The destruction of Gyeongju is possibly one of the greatest tragedies to Korea's tangible cultural history. The damn Mongols burned down both Gyeongju and Kaesong's massive cities. I praise these efforts to rebuild Gyeongju and once Korea reunifies, the palatial structures in Kaesong of Goryeo should also be rebuilt.

That's the only thing that the Mongols knows what to do. Destroy and plunder.

@@scorpioninpink Indeed, that is the nature of the nomadic tribes of the North. Their societies were built on pure war and warrior mentality.
