The only error is that you made Vichy France as Free France, the north one which is vichy france must be German flag since its german occupied at the time, and free france was only existing in some colonies, especially French East Africa (today Chad, Central African Republic, Cameroon, & Gabon).

You maid a mistake with the flags in WW2, the Northern occupied zone was just under nazi Germany control so it didn't have a flag and the "Free Zone" under the dictatorship of Philip Petain (allied of the Reich and collaborator) had the flag you used for the Northern part. The flag you used for the southern part is FFL flag "Force français libre" (Free French forces) and it was the exiled French government led by Charles de Gaulle, exiled in the UK and helping resistance in France and during the invasion of northern Africa.
