Kimmo's Notes: I decided that it was time to play some mutations outside of the Test Time context. I realized I'm attempting some of these tests far before I'm ready and it's created some mental blocks because of it. And with some of these commanders, I don't have nearly as high of a proficiency level as I do with commanders like Dehaka or Artanis.
Since I want to play some solos as Zagara on Oblivion Express, I thought I should practice Bile Launcher setups. P1 would be a challenge since there was no Zagara to handle attack waves.
Thankfully, extra free banes helps to compensate for it to a degree.
I'm beginning to see just how tight the details have to be in your grasp of these commanders for you to have success in soloing mutations. I suppose I took that for granted a bit in the past with Dehaka and Artanis when I used to play them a lot.
Some mutations have margins for error that are wide enough but most others like the mutations featured in Test Time have a thin margin where you can't exactly afford any major mistakes at all. Especially with commanders like Alarak and Kerrigan who have no crutch to fall back on if an engagement goes south.
But I need to get some experience somewhere in order to know how to tow these lines.
This was a start.
