Enjoyed that. Good quality footage. It's hard work plotting, filming, recording routes, editing. You covered alot of ground. Parkamoor is tight and you done well. You should upload your routes on Wikiloc.
Thanks for all the videos.... I live mostly in China but return to the UK for a few months each year. Here in China, I do a lot of overlanding/off-roading in Sichuan, Gansu, Qinghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, but have been wanting to work out how to enjoy the hobby back home on visits... Thanks to you I've just signed up to GLASS and know about TW2... and local associations - very happy. Subscribed.
@@GreensTrails Yeah, much appreciated. China has some amazing scenery, but it can be quite difficult to find places, it's all word of mouth... There is nothing like onXoffroad, Gaia, or TW2 here, and there are risks for any foreigners to do things like upload trails and GPS to wikiloc or other overland tools... Still... being able to drive around glacial mountains valleys at 14K feet is extra worth all the effort when you do manage it... I do plan to get some videos out this year though, fingers crossed.
Using lockers makes it too easy and I personally think takes the fun out of it, keep it standard as possible apart from tyres suspension winch, keep up the good work.
Cool to watch the D40 doing some stretch, but you need to make your vids shorter! I couldn't help but leave at around 27mins. I hope you can make it more dynamic and shorter version. Lockers or anything like that not needed for the D40, just good gas control and will go over most of the thing efforless.
Hope you dont mind me asking. Whats your winch set up? Ive also got a navara and wanting to fit a winch. Have you got any links for the winch plate. Thanks in advance.
Hey. So I got a winch plate off eBay, BG4x4.eu , but it was a pain to fit. Bolt holes didn’t line up with chassis so I had to adapt/re-drill the plate. Obviously had to cut / adapt the bumper too.
@@Xav_Garcia I was going to get an ARB winch bumper, but it was a custom build with a four month wait and I think they look a bit rubbish when fitted, like a fat lip.
Great video, really enjoying it so far 10 minutes in, but some feedback form a viewer would be to balance the levels between music and speaking, it's going from waking the son up with the tunes, to not being able to hear you lol. You've got a new subscriber either way 🙂
Ahh thank you!! It’s so strange, I’m sure another subscriber told me the same about this one. I wonder if something went strange when it was processed by RUclips (or being rendered). Sure the original edit was balanced- no one needs their children to be woken up 😅😰
@@GreensTrails he's a heavy enough sleeper lol just watching your older videos now and they're really good, loving the TWUIDs included as well. I'm relatively local (used to live in SK9) and was over in Marple (scratchy!!!) on some lanes last weekend. What caused the fire in the end, and did you get it sorted? Look forward to future laning videos 🙂
@@TheMrRainey ha, I’ll have to do a follow-up video soon!! New clutch going in this week and then it’s good to go again (new suspension sitting my garage too).
Voice over is really quiet..... I assume you mean locking diffs?? Rear, then front, then centre..... Or possibly rear, centre, front.... Depending on motor...
No new video for 3 months, hope you get it sorted and back out soon 👍🏻
Please can you tell me where the first Lane with the bridges and Ford at the end is?

Great video dude 🤘🏻
Keep it up!
That camp site looks awesome!
Where did you find that one?
Just found you, looking at getting into green laning and live in Halifax area. I hope you’re still doing this - shame to see no uploads for a while!

That’s fantastic to read. Really pleased I’ve helped! Enjoy. You must have done fantastic opportunities in China!

Nice video mate, are you local? Be cool to meet up and do some lanes one day 👍
