70 miles south of Atlanta, just cold, had rain. But reports of ice conditions closer to metro areas, within 30-40 miles of Atlanta city centre. With proximities closer to city centre & north have real winter conditions. Atlanta needs to invest in winter equipment. This will continue to be a regular seasonal thing. And increasing amounts.
