Did this ever get to race in a Southeast Gasser event? I saw where It wasn't meeting the 1967 rules and wasn't allowed to run.

I'd say not in this configuration. Wheels wrong, parachute, wheelie bar too modern, tubbed rear, intake scoop is a no-no, windows have visible bolts. That's just what I can see here.
