this is my favorite red song...i dont interpret it the way that many people do, but i still love it. i have known this song for a long time, but iv had it on repeat on my iPod for the last few days. its lyrics speaks volumes for me.

Mentioning the fact you are a Christian Band or a Christian individual in a Band doesn't mean you are forcing it down other peoples throats.It's an individual choice and whether you like it or not,they are a Christian Band but it doesn't mean other faiths or even atheists can't listen to them,which is why it's good to be in America.
@battams1 it was at a CHRISTIAN festival. and they are christians. i'm pretty sure they can do it....it's probably encouraged. Trust me..they don't do it at normal shows..i've been to one. But at a christian festival...it kind of makes sense. And i don't know...the song definitely has a christian meaning to it. So chill.
some of the best bands out there are christian but if someone isn't christian, and they didn't know a band is christian, they tend to think there's more behind the songs than just god. and when they find they tend to be disappointed.

Second off they actually are NOT the same god. If you do your research you will see the Christian God is one of love, forgiveness, and mercy who has only wrath toward sin and you are to have a relationship with him, while Allah is wrathful and says to kill all who are not of Islam and you have no chance at a relationship with Allah. Very diff.

IDK As I Lay Dying is a group of 5 christian dudes, if you dont announce your a christian,get to know someone, and then they find out your a "jesus freak" and relize your actually cool and not WEIRD..maybe God has a little more sight into situations like that..just a thought.
