    I think you can learn a much simpler lesson that will pay dividends and you hardly have to think about it but you do have to do the thing. If you are indoorsy go wild camping, hate walking go hiking ect. Get out of your comfort zone and get used to doing that to get used to doing things you don't like on the fly. I hate fishing (standing still drives me nuts) , learning knots and sewing. I've worked my way through basic sewing and now I'm thinking which I hate more from the other 2 and do that next. It's tough (and irritating) to use your valuable free time like this, maybe make yourself a reward system to start with.

    Food bank guidelines say most canned goods are still viable at least 2 years past expiration date as long as cans are not damaged.
