INGREDIENTS
2 lbs chicken breast (butterfly and pound evenly)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 tsp Italian herb blend
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1/4 cup onion (fine dice)
3 cloves garlic (chopped or minced)
1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or stock
1 to 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 oz sun-dried tomatoes
5 to 6 large fresh basil leaves
salt to taste
DREDGE
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp granulated onion powder
1 tsp granulated garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

I know this is a cooking channel but I think you should give us a tutorial on how you keep your cookware/bakeware looking so shiny & brand new.
The only change I would make is to double that gorgeous sauce. Looks so delicious!
Looks so scrumptious. I think I would add sliced baby bella mushrooms and some dry white wine or dry sherry.

I'm astonished to see this as a trending dish on RUclips... it was a signature dish that we served all over the Los Angeles Basin in the 90s at a catering company I worked for. (We added mushroom and artichoke hearts)

So versatile and delicious. Couldn't find fresh basil so I used fresh spinach...a lot of it. This is going on the regular rotation!
Looks good - I'd replace some of the broth with a white wine for a bit of acidity. Yum.
This is a fave in our house! I use fresh spinach instead of the basil just a personal preference - super delish!

I made this tonight and it was quite a HIT with my son and husband! I LOVE sun dried tomatoes, so when I saw this recipe, I had to make it. I forgot to buy heavy cream so I used the only thing I had: skim milk - I added extra Parmesan cheese to compensate. Also, I substituted cilantro for basil.
