Hey bud, how do you manage to bail on those waves that are like inches above the reef without getting raked? If you get sucked over the falls are you just screwed?

Extreme calmness maybe and lots of practice and time kicking the reef lol. Just starfish and remain calm find your leash with your hand and give it a couple tugs till you breach the surface and calmly crawl on your board just don’t panic and kick for the surface ever
