As Canadian tourists, my wife and I just completed 56 days at the Hotel and this was probably our 50 plus times that we have stayed there over 30 years. The hotel is located in town which makes it fun for walking. The entertainment is very professional, good variety of food, beautiful beach, very friendly staff, fun games to win a bottle of rum and reasonably priced.
The entertainment was good when I stayed in this hotel in May 2023. The buffet at the La hacienda restaurant had a lot of food that we usually encounter in any other buffet. However some days there was no butter but we compensated it with other things. Even the Mexican restaurant was good.
The food is fine . Just don't expect that you will get everything you are used too. Sometimes shortages occur like ketchup or milk .The entertainment is lots of fun all day...

No. We went for one month , came home for 2 weeks and then went back.@@dansu3135
