- The little laundromat has done awesome lately after we got the car wash running. After a little longer than usual wait to collect coins we set a record but was it really that impressive?

Yeah, 4 cars today, including the one in the carwash will be 8 or more by the end of the summer... for sure this will have a negative impact on both the carwash AND the laundromat. Tenant probably thinks this is a great place to have a car repair/used car lot side gig. This is why you have to set the ground rules on day one and stick to them. I think Mark is being way too lenient.

Great week for little Laundromat!👏I think you should fix the other car wash bay so the renter stops parking there and tell them to get rid of the broken down car it’s not good for business!
WOW! Congrats!!!! You do need to put a sign inside the laundromat advertsing the wash wash is working and talk to the renter. Those cars make it look junky. That will hurt you. If they want to do that kind of work let them rent out the other building :-)
Question have you washed the machines with tabs every month to get the dirt out of the washers. Good to hear no problems while you were on vacation. Good record

The Kersey laundromat always finds a way to impress. The second car wash bay and the larger washers will be key.
One additional thing that can be added is a hand held blow dryer. They have them at my car wash and it is gold to me. Helps me blow out water trapped in crevices such as mirrors. Just a thought for a future upgrade

So because you don't see him fussing with keys to open tne vacuum coin collector you assume it's out in the open? I see.
No need to be rude...was an honest question. Maybe I'm seeing something different or not understanding what I am seeing but just appears to be a small dish in the opening. Sadly can't trust everyone to be honest.
