I don't currently know why, but every time I hear the chants of the person(s) in the background, I feel as though my heart released a tear. A tear of loving compassion for not only those who suffered, but for all sentient beings on this blessed planet. I would like to formerly announce, the I love all of you youtubers, and all beings of this world. Find peace in this world, it is to precious to waste the gift of life.

Very beautiful. I love these people. I am a Christian, and I believe that Christ is the truth, but I think that God has left his signature in all civilizations. And love each of us without distinction...

We cannot change the past, so let us at least change the now by honoring these commandments - in that way contribute to the loving vibes of the world.
Sending you all my love and blessings from Zurich.

One of my favorites. Thank you very much for posting. I wish more people would honour these commandments. For what it's worth: We should have honoured your people and way of life. Back then, now and in the future.
    never give up hope!

This is one of the most beautiful videos and songs in the entire internet. My husband was part Cherokee and black. I can hear his voice in this song and he was the most wonderful people that walked the earth. He was simple in his living and a very deep loving man. He went to sleep with his arms crossed sitting upright in his favorite chair. His ways were more Indian than Black. Thanks for posting. I bought this cd.

I cried over this beautiful video. My mother is Native. she taught me many things. I am so glad that she did. I wish that people would help the Native Americans. One day they will all be gone-just as the government wants. And then their land will be no more thanks to the government.

#NativeAmerican ten commandments. If we could live by these it would be a better world****
*** (No Religion Needed, just Spirituality)
    Video Native American Ten Commandments
(by pio dal cin) If we could live by these, it would be a better world. No need for Religion that often puts human being one against the other as if sponsoring your religion against mine or vice versa would make you or me a better person.
I grew up in a very religious family. I accepted it and I promised to myself that I never would embrace another one, not because I think that "my religion" is the truth's beholder, but "just" because it was what my Ancestors believed in. Embracing a new religion to me would be an act of betrayal to them.
I have had the great priviledge of travelling the world. I got the chance to know other people from other religions. Buddhist, Hebrew, Muslims. Every one have some beliefs that are great; rules that I did not find in the Catholic religion I grew up with. I developed the feeling and the thought that each has some truth, but none have the whole truth.
Encountering the Native American Culture, Spirituality, and way of living was a real eye opener for me. I realized how close it was to all other religions, yet there was no religion there. No church, the Universe is a church. No need for money or richness (like I found in the Catholic religion for example) "if it is sacred, it must be free" says a Native Proverb.
Many other "rules" I found to be soothing for the Soul and the Heart. There it was. I felt happy. The search was over for me. Before I turned fifty I had found what reunited all the things I believed in without betraying my Ancestors' religion or any other.
A religion that needed NO RELIGION but just SPIRITUALITY
What is then Spirituality as opposed to Religion?
Native American Chief once explained it like this : "Religion is for those who are afraid of Hell. Spirituality is for those who HAVE been there"
After I learned more about Native Americans my soul finally felt at Peace and now I live my daily life, thankful to the Creator for giving me the chance to understand that no religion is the true religion and all can live together in harmony with respect without killing or fighting trying to impose on others our thought just because we think we are the holders of the truth.

I am white, but I follow the path of our Native Brothers and Sisters. I sympathize now with the wars they are leading to reclaim land, but the peace they return to everything. Many blessings to both White and Natives. We will hopefully walk to the sweat lodge together one day. Peace.

Such blessings and commandments resonate with harmony against the dischordant clamour of those that have lost the path. Greetings and thanks to you for this, it is what will be taught to all our children.
I was in rage & confusion, but now I see the place that this river is flowing and how my path is laid out before me.

@@ciananF Hi mate I was doing a sound healing and deep breathing session. Many people have different reaction to it where during the experience your body can be contorted. Mine was I started laughing, then this powerful golden light came through the roof and then I saw a massive field with mountains in the background. Their was a tribe of American Indians sitting down in a circle The circle was open for me to join. I saw this through the whole session and my eyes were closed the entire time, no drugs were involved. Tell me your please 🙂

    Finally
The greatest piece of the puzzle to our new beginning is unfolding before our very eyes.
We must unite in peace and harmony.
Open our mind, heart and spirit.Togheter we will awake those that walk in the fog of lies.
Our"leaders"have become supressed to greed and with that greed comes an illusion of power and that they are more superior than any of us. They are not. We must stand up togheter in unity and demand peace and harmony as our cosmic message, instead of greed, war and selfishness.

So beautiful! Don't let anybody tell you differently! When reading all, one commendment at a time I realized I could say; I do, after each. It doesn't make me Native American but it makes me reaiize that I have more in common with NA traditions than with my gready European anscestors. May the wisdom of your elders always lead you right and please, humbly let me follow!

I am white, and for that I AM ashamed! The word to discribe what we did to this Great Nation does not excist. As I accept the wrong doings, The Great Spirit gave me the gift of love towards all Native Indians and Mother Nature. And as good as my soul is, it will never reach a drop of blood shared by a Native Indian's heart! I will always do my best to honour Wakantanka! My love and respect to all the True Americans.....The Native Indians. My soul embraces you all! God bless!

Hi Duchateau999. Thanks for your support. My belief is quite simple really. If someone killed your loved one violently would it make you feel any better in killing the enemy? It's not going to bring your loved one back. I feel the same with what's happened to all native peoples world wide. We have to unite and find a way to make our voices be heard and for our opinion to one day be taken seriously! I pray I'll be alive to see that day!! Thanks for your comment. Stay safe.

Interesting video and BEAUTIFUL music. I have Cherokee ancestry thanks to my great great grandmother. I'm a Christian, and from the research I've gathered I've noticed that the orginal Cherokee faith is VERY similiar to early Judaism's practices. It was a reminder to me that no one needs anyone to tell them about the Father of All, He will show himself to you. I plan to be an anthropologist when I finish college and use my profession to help my Cherokee brothers. God bless the Cherokee Nation!

This was both wise and from the heart. If all would live like this, peace would roam the planet and we would all live in harmony with the earth.
The times we are entering now, if so full of potential and opportunities. So full of love and power, that we can create what we want.
Think love, peace and harmony, and that is what you will receive.
Love and happiness from Fredrik. :)

cherylmalone1 I too am of cherokee descent, but even though not being raised in my heritage, I find myself desiring to learn more and more about my ancestors. Let this soccer boy have his delusions, he is after all a self proclaimed boy, a young one. In time he too may come to know the peace of spending time with our mother earth and the quietness it brings to the soul. And those of us that are truly at peace would find comfort in living in a teepee, while living in tune with nature.
