Regarding Bloodfiends when it comes to what you saw in 2:54:10 , for The Head, if you were human at some point, then you are human. The only exception is fully replacing your body INCLUDING your brain with machinery. Beyond that they really dont mind any form humanity can take, be it Sweeper, Distortion, Full Body prosthetic or even Bloodfiends
I wouldn't say that's definite though .....the heads specific rules and motivations are still a mystery so I wouldn't assert those as the exact rules with complete confidence u till we get full and explicit confirmation

Saying that the brain needs to be intact is the weakest part, as it is only through The One Who Grips Faust's dialogue and previous experiences with full body prosthetics that we can guess it being the case, but the rest holds up. Saying that The Head isnt fine with Bloodfiends, for example, would imply that they either dont know about them (extremely unlikely) or cant deal with them (equally as unlikely)
