I am of the view that adequate free cash flow is very important and a measure of good companies who can do capex and also pay reasonable dividend. For the purpose, ROCE should be 25% or more. The dividend will help promoters in maintainging their lifestyle without doing hanky panky in Balance Sheet.

cash flow from finance will have loan added/ removed. If any loan added to get you net positive cash flow, it’s not good.
