    Sir, what is the difference between ROE and ROCE? which matrix is more useful?

    • @shaikmujeebahmed679
      @shaikmujeebahmed679 Год назад +2

      ROE makes sense when debt 0 or the minimum. When debt is high ROCE makes sense.

    Sir....Can you give your opinion on Sona BLW Precision also called Sona Comstar?
    - It is an auto ancillary company with 5 yr profit growth of 31% & revenue growth of 50%.
    - Produces Differential Assemblies, Gears, Motors etc.
    Now, 22% revenue is from the Electric Vehicle segment. In last 4 years, global market share has increased from 1.5% to 4.5% in EV segment.
    P/E corrected from 200 to 72 in last 2 yrs.
    Can it be a multibagger?

    Dividend if reinvested in the same company, you'll get more dividend next time. If next dividend remain same, it's like the company has reinvested dividend and made the same level of profits on the dvidend amount also. Unless the return on reinvestment is more than the dividend %, there is no difference to the shareholder whether company gives dividend or reinvests that amount.

    Basant Ji,
    Clarify kareye please
    ROE vs ROCE when is ROCE important? Can we take ROE as the investors’ parameter for the business returns all said and done and ROCE as the company managements’ parameter for returns given capital at zero cost. Is there a relation between the two we should care about? Or can we just assume a better ROCE will lead to better ROE.
    Generally it seems most companies (2914 companies) have ROCE greater than ROE while fewer (910 companies) have it the other way around. Does it have any meaning?
    HUL ROE 18 < ROCE 24
    Britannia ROE 49 > ROCE 41

    .Nobody can become financially successful overnight. They put in background work but we tend to see the finished part. Fear is a dangerous component, hindering us from taking bold steps we need in other to reach our goals. you have to contend with inflation, recession, decisions from the Feds and all. I was able to increase my portfolio by $289k in months. You have to seek for help in the right places

      @Gabriella Castro ..This is the problem! Most times people with little or no knowledge of the stock market try investing by themselves. It once happened to me, then I learned my lesson and contacted a US-based finance consultant and everything changed. In in the first quarter of this year i made $370k and counting.

      @Jackson McKerihan .Sharon Mardorsky Davison’ is the coach that guides me. She’s a verified coach and she helped me see that returns can be made in both bull and bear markets. She covers things like investing, insurance, making sure retirement is well funded and looking at ways to have a volatility buffer for investment risk, lots of things like that.
