I wish this game would allow mortars to destroy buildings in real time physics and soldiers could die if the building collapses. That would be fun.
DO you also wish to not have to buy a $5k pc to be able to run that Real time physics and medical scripts.
That would be really bad balance due to the fact. The other team can just mortar and wipe out the entire map buildings. And just keep resupplying that fob with ammunition.
@@TheOptionalKind I agree with the person above you saying it would make the game performance really bad, but I disagree with what you said, war is combined arms and you can combat artillery with artillery, mortars that can break buildings would be good for flushing out players camping in buildings which is what it is used for in real life, flushing out the enemy.
It would be cool if you could choose small mortars team like the riflemam or medic kit but with lower power ofc
Battlefield bad company 2 had that the only thing that sucks is that when the objectives are inside buildings when they collapse the objective is lost immediately
i hate that people dont realize how effective suppression is in this game, if you have an MG, rip that shit in the general direction of the enemy to keep their heads down, their role isnt to pick people off, its to keep heads down

Your tactical sense is pretty good but you get into trouble when your squads have no cohesion and you order sudden movements or shock attacks, the result is only about a third of your men are actually in position and they are easily countered by defended positions. You need to build in short pauses in forward movement where stragglers can catch up, use that time to identify enemy positions and deploy squads across a front, once the stragglers are up with you, you can hit much harder when you go forward. It's not possible to make a continuous attack with strength, the way to do it is hit, regroup, hit, regroup.

I get what your saying, The problem is the people in the right position from the beginning are the players who know what they are doing, and the stragglers are usually people who refuse to learn. You can wait all day for these types of people and they will never come.

Karma never stays behind. You can't lead very well form the rear. If anything he has a reputation for being a bit overzealous on his own rather than delegating an objective.

Battlefield is way too arcade nowadays to be compared to Squad
Squad is a Military Simulation game. Battlefield is an arcade-style war game. Arma TRIES to be a MilSim, but fails miserably when in comparison with Squad.

No, don't think so. No more than other games I think
The delay is pretty small. But they're really thinking about what to say, so they might take longer to respond than they would in normal conversation.
Good luck on your English by the way! I tried to learn German a few years ago, and I'm currently taking Latin. Learning a language is hard, and from what I see your English is very good. Keep up the good work!

karma you are normally great but you got so many people killed in this one
ana lbleach I think the issue was communication. He kinda just let everybody do their own thing and they all loosely followed his advice or callouts. His spacing was terrible in terms of getting his guys into position in time - regrouping 250m under mild fire with a vehicle and cover shouldn’t take 10 minutes
It was poor coordination on the squad level. Main issue was that they advanced too quickly for his own troops to orient themselves. Piecemeal assaults on only a few entry ways eliminated any advantage of being aggressive. You need to get that aggression and overwhelm the defenders from multiple areas.
Problem was that they only attacked at 2 entry points, and none at the same time. You can keep rushing in but rushing in piecemeal is still suicide.
Agreed he try’s to push so much aggression with too many hanging back and talks down to the people so much he probably stressing them out in real life that’s y they make so many mistakes . Lol “ aggression, aggression I don’t give a fuck how many of you die as long as we complete this mission but loose the war” lol would be scared to follow him into battle

Just simple question: Can someone from Squad players tell me, how big is the popularity of this game? I want to buy Squad(im former PR player), but im not sure, how many game servers are always full? I dont want to buy the early version if there are are no servers available all the time.
U find like 4 servers always full on eu because they are (only english) and some other servers for example WE LOVE GERMANY full too but nearly everybody talks in german but u have english squads created there... same for french and in us its about 5 6 servers always full fo pretty decent.

The attack order should have been, suppress all firing position all the time with superior numbers and firepower, spam fire keep their heads low and guns quiet. Rushing a fortified position is suicide but a organized fusilade can disrupt enemy response.

Why is everyone complaining about karma shouting at people without fighting himself? His job was to be the commander, not a fighter.
Commanding is fine but he's pretty arrogant when he commands. Shout orders, sure, but with that twist of supremacy on it, ppl will start not listening to you.

Karma is the commander. Not his job to be in the line of fire. He probably shouldn't have even been that close to the combat.
Have you noticed in other one life events how everything goes to shit when the commander or squad leader dies? The other people have no plan, they are just focused on the current moment and what they need to do. In this case Karma was telling the what do do and they were figuring out how to do it, such as which positions to defend from.
If he’s the “commander” you are NEVER. On the front lines “of fire” and if he is leading men that have the least bit of a tactical mindset he should rethink who he takes to battle fact of the matter is if he was a “commander“ this was botched from the beginning I’ve never seen a commander running troops to the front in a transpo
