my microphone from my earphone dosent work i notice it dosent pick up my voice or any background noise. all it picks up is the static and i am not sure if it is my earphone mic because the name of the mic is external so i assume it is my earphone mic. Can you help me
my microphone makes that buzzing sound, when i do the troubleshoot, it stops for a while but then again it starts to make the buzzing sound randomly again. Idk what to do and i need help
@@DopeTechFever it isn't damaged, it's new. I tried it on different devices, it keeps making that sound randomly, and it aloo stops making that sound randomly too

When i first got the headphone, i had the prob, but my brother did smth in the settings which eventually fixed it. He isn't around and I can't call him for help or anything, so idk whattto do
Depends on your audio device. You can check that under device manager. It'll usually be RealTek audio. You can then go to their site and search for the latest drivers to download.
@@DopeTechFever i bought these new headset, sound quality n everything was perfect, but when i tried my mic on discord and mic test online, it didnt register my voice at all rather create a very large buzzing noise in the recording, after a few hours it fixed itself and the voice was perfect, then another few hrs, the buzzing sound returned, its interchanged 3-4 times now i bought these 2 days ago, its still not working, ive tried everything from updating my drivers to applying a convertor, nothing seems to be working, ive tried it on mobile, it does register my voice there but with a very large static noise, i need thes efor my laptop, ik my problem is vague but id b a great help if you would look into these before i return them, (they arent from any famous company, just smth i bought off of daraz)

Try to reinstall the audio drivers. Also, check if the earphone mic works with other devices, like your phone.

Hm.. does the mic make that sound on any other device, like your phone? Make sure the cable isn't damaged too

If it's making the buzzing sound in every device, it's a hardware problem. Maybe the mic on it is too sensitive to cable interference.

Hm.. it may be a similar solution. Check if the same settings can be applied to those mics in sound settings

I'm not sure if it's the same set of commands, but you can try these. Also, try checking your PC BIOS to see if it has a boot manager screen.

Exactly. This problem isn't a hardware "issue". More so, a design flaw in the source device's connection.
I discovered this issue on windows 10 and then tried also on my other laptop which macbook still the same issue. I guess I need a new one.
