I used an aluminum carbide cutter for the blade.

It seems to be good and easy to use.
So i began to make one like you.
Like you I tried to make a hole in a 10 mm bolt with HSS drilling forrest but it brok. I think my bolt is too hard.
What bolt did you use ?
In the video your drill seems easy to do.

Another improper use of engineering tools, callipers are not for scribing. Do bear in mind Muyoung amateurs like yourself assume callipers are used for scribing.
