I agree that efforts need to start now. I have been a life member for a number of years and agree that I would like to see more specifics about this plan. I am exploring placing some of my farmland into CRP but want to ensure that I can get assistance from PF to address several issues that I am concerned with prior to my commitment. A continuing growth of population in US and throughout world from 7.5 Billion to about 9.0 billion in 2050 makes preserving land a pretty big task. Add to that the demand for more renewable energy, windmills and solar. Very big problem.

I just watched this video. My question is what are you going to do? I have been a PF member for years. Are you going to fight oil and gas development in the west to protect sage grouse? Are you going to fight for CRP resulting in less land tilled? Time for PF to speak up politically because it is a political issue. Time for green energy, less development, land conservation instead of development, etc.
I would like to know specifically what PF is going to do? I just donated to Trout Unlimited and Nature Conservancy because I think they are specific in communicating what they are doing to protect the land. I would like to see a detailed plan on what PF is going to do. I agree fully that the uplands need us, give me your plan.
