So is it good to cut out carbs (Potatoes, rice, bread etc..) to drop the weight quicker? I am only eating porridge in the morning with a banana, all meals after that is veg and protein.
I really enjoy witnessing James Haskell. He is a very entertaining person and I want to see more videos of him.
