I am using Vaseline bcoz the basket should come out easily from the container, without sticking to it.Any cream or thick oil u can use also.And once again u watch the full video without.
skip, u will be get more clear about Vaseline.It is shown in the video very clearly. thanks for ur queries.

I love this so much, I would not put food directly in the basket because of the paint, even if it's dried, I am not sure how safe it would be.. What type of paint did you use? This is a great use of newspaper.
