- Is the perfect minecraft prison possible? This is the question I'll try to answer in this video.
Which one out of, Gaia's Vault, Poseidons Vault, Hades Vault, Titans Vault, Ares Vault, Pandoras Vault, Tartarus Vault, the Pyramid, the Kingstone and Erebus Abyss is the BEST minecraft prison?

There are six things I want to clarify and fix:
- Bedrock is actually bad, SeenSven made a great video on this ;)
- In this video I only go over prisons that are survival friendly without any cheats (/ban, command blocks, etc...)
- When Erebus Abyss gets built, the builders are supposed to make sure that nobody is hiding in the end, this makes EPSC impossible. Using a redstone clock won't work either because they will most likely see your pearl when building the prison since the whole end island has to be destroyed.
- Also Erebus Abyss has a very secured cell with beacons to make it impossible to starve and regenerating walls to make it impossible to leave and that you can't suffocate in. If you somehow manage to die, you'd respawn in the portal teleporting you instantely back to the cell
- The chunkbans areas are not determined by the chunks themselves
- Bed traps are not good if we consider outside help.
What if a prisoner sets up a stasis chamber in the end where unlike the nether you can place water, then puts an activation timer on a line of chunkloaders that gets triggered when they load the area to lock the prisoner up. Then once the chunk with the pearl loads it loads the stasis chamber timer and poofs him out. From here all he'd have to do is find the bed keeping him there and break it like a friend would've done had they been able to enter. Now if he yeets himself into the void he'll respawn back in the overworld.
Lotta prep work and a long shot but honestly if they're allowed to permanently grief the world out of an end dimension I think this is legit as well :')
I always thought end chunk loaders were impossible. If they're not it is a super cool escape plan. Though and easy fix would be to kill the prisoner once in the end, which will destroy the pearl since it is loaded.
@@SillyNeve That's the point of the chunk loaders, the pearl will not be loaded until the timed chunk loaders kick in. Never tried to build a chunk loader in the end though so idk bout that. But my idea was the chunkloader itself will tigger at a given time after the lockup so you skip the whole killcheck system and then after some time in prison it'll kick in load the stasis chamber on that time and start a short clock (idk a better way to have an autotrigger there that freezes when it unloads) and fires.
I've searched it up, and end chunk loaders needs an acces to the end portal, so that would be impossible, unless you have an alternative

I haven't watched this to the end yet, but I know a good jail idea.
1. Since honeycomb blocks are the only pushable block (piston) and one that doesn't have one specific type of tool to destroy it the best, make a redstone machine that moves the blocks, so nothing can break it immediately.
Don't know how to prevent the ender pearl escaping

I had this idea in the past but it turns out the mining time is carried over to the new block, so if your halfway through mining the block and it shifts, the new block your mining will still be half broken, unfortunately.
A friend can build a lag machine which slows down the pistons

Ah, a man of culture
A way to make entering the end impossible without being a visitor
Have a chunk ban where the end entrance is that can be turned off
Then have the visitor immediately go to a door that detects if two people are on the pressure plate
Finally bring em to the prison
Worst case scenario make a massive box in the chunk around the end spawn and any attempts to leave that box get u chunk banned
What if you throw withers through the portal? That can break obsidian and then try to pearl out of the chunk ban. (If the chunk ban is too big to pearl through then use a tnt cannon to boost the pearl.)

@@yourenotfunnybotbans are not instant they have 1 frame delay aka enough time to pearl out and that consept is stupid. Because you can use tnt minecarts and either boars.

do you have a world download for the Belgian lasagna? i tested it and extended pistons are not pearl glitch proof if you glitch through using a boat and avoid getting stuck in crawl mode but i haven't been able to replicate the swiss cheese so I'm not sure if this method is entirely applicable

the answer to the stasis problem, make a stasis chamber for the prisoner in the prison, this would be pretty useful for any prison in the event of an escape since you can tp them back into a cell. However it would have to be in an unloaded chunk before any kill checks were done, maybe nether travel?
The nether thing is smart, but the guards could have set up more than one stasis chamber. Even worse then, if they disconnect as soon as they get teleported. :/

However, I think one untapped concept at the moment is that ender pearls deal some damage when teleporting the user. If the physical health of the player is ignored, a stasis-chamber-proof overworld prison may perhaps be possible. Through the use of poison (perhaps well timed pufferfish), you could keep the prisoner's health always below the damage of the ender pearl teleportation. This would cause the player teleporting out to immediately die from the damage and respawn back in the prison
Then again, this method can be foiled by the usage multiple stasis chambers. As players respawn at full health can still be teleported out before they are weakened
But perhaps some detection method could instantly deal instant damage to the respawned player, lowering the health back to safety
How do you want to make prisoner's health low in quick way that you don't need to refil? If prosoner can have theorically thousands of statis chambers, you need two times more potions with instant damage II.

The “perfect prison” should be a prison that changes the prisoner from bad to good and is not too harsh and doesn’t make them hate prison as the prison is sort of rehab but this is minecraft

I think that Gaia’s Vault’s ability to evolve makes it superior, the more escapes there are, the stronger it gets. Maybe SeenSven will make a fix to the ender pearl stasis problem?

Gaia's vault is trashy, i made the ultimate prison, THE SERAPHIM JAIL.
Its just 30483829459 layers of obsidian on the top of the nether in easy difficulty and hide the way to get out hundreds of blocks away and thats it, if he gets out THERES NO WAY TO GET TO THE OVERWORLD ON THE TOP OF THE NETHER

The "the end" prison may just be escapable if you manage to defeat the ender dragon or make it to one of the outer end islands with no items, which is not likely though.
It is possible with an update supressor, but I would not consider that valid.
Also you'd respawn in the end portal, so you'd need for someone to activate the banishment protocol which destroys the portal.
No because if you go through portal where when you kill ender dragon, you just respawn

What if you did the math to nether travel into the prison?
So you might just get the coords of the cell, divide them by 8, and put a portal in the nether at those coordinates.
That is something I didn't go over, but it's pretty easy for a prison to fix that, either they never have a big enough space for a prison to spawn. Or, they put trap portals that chunkban you when you try
@@SillyNeve1. You can generate portals in walls if you flood the prison. 2. Use tnt minecarts to destroy trap portals.

idea: end softlock prison! the end on the server would be more of an illegal place, and if the prison around it is impossible to break into, we can make it so that the end is their cell, and there's no way to escape it other than outside help. so if we prevent outside help, the prisoner is stuck there. even if they defeat the dragon with nothing on them, the outer portal will send them back to the obsidian platform. but unlike most prisons, this would atleast make it fun to stay if they defeat the dragon. after all, they can die infinitely, so it doesn't matter if the crystals kill them or not when they blow it up. and going to an end city makes staying in the end much more enjoyable, and it can support multiple prisoners by making all of their beds spawn them in the portal. and from inside the end, no matter what anyone does they cant get them out. they can give them all sorts of OP loot and it wouldn't matter. and a visiting system could be in a different stronghold so you don't have to comprimise prison security, and they can bring anything they want. its a perfect prison.
or... you could just chunk ban them. until someone turns off the chunk ban they are banned off the server so they cant log on. just make it impossible to destroy and there you have it. technically its not a prison but it serves the purpose.

well, yes, but you'd need to do that in all 3 dimensions, make sure the mobs are always loaded, make sure the mobs are inaccessible, and make sure no one has a bunch of enderpearls stored in a chest.

About the stasis chamber,some people might say "oh stasis chamber in ender dimension before all the ender portal died and bam" for that final winner of this video.Technically that would be impossible without someone who already in the end when the whole prison is getting built and a hidden stasis chamber in the end,which is technically possible with stasis chamber. So the question is is it possible to have the cell part in the nether instead without being damaged by withers.

It is indeed possible and fixes the problem of ender pearl stasis chamber since no water can be placed. But, there is a technique called "pearl hanging" which is set up by throwing a pearl as you leave by a nether portal. If you had that prepared, next time somebody loads the chunks, you will be free (it doesn't even have to be your friend, which I really like)
@@SillyNeve And dont forget the fact that making a nether portal is always possible... The End one has flaws in my opinion of the fact that one mistake and you cant use it ever again. What if someone triggers it on purpose while the prisoner is starting to be locked up but before they get a respawn anchor activated. And eventually you'd have to leave the End as a guard so if they'd find a way out, there would be literally no stopping them.
@@SillyNeve it doesn't fix the problem, while enderpearl stasis systems often use bubble elevators its important not to forget the way everyone used to do it pre 1.12 (apologies if i got the version wrong), it uses no water at all.

wait, if you put a bed underneath a endportal, you respawn in the endportal and instantly get teleportet. that way people can visit the prisoner and use the end but the prisoner is unable to leave, even thrugh the portal.
Prisoner tells friends coords of bed (remembered or messaged to them when going into the prison), friends go find it and destroy it.

He said that before 1.12 this would be possible but after 1.12 ender pearls started using player IDs instead of player names and unlike names player IDs are unchangeable so after 1.12 you can't just claim another players ender pearl by changing their name to the owner of the ender pearl

TL;DR: ender pearls used to use player names

The perfect prison exists and to make it is just these 3 easy steps
1. Get player to equip all of their equipment
2. Place lava under them and make sure they are low and don't die
3. It's just threatening their hard work and because they'll leave and if they come back then all of their equipment is gone
This kind of plan is cool, but not really the answer we're looking for. I really like the simplicity behind it tho :D

Actually, there’s still a way to escape the end prison. You simply go into the end before the prison was created and do the same thing as the overworld, use the ender pearl. It’s not cheating, because in the overworld there’s the same condition. Then get a friend to come into the end and activate the portal. After that, just both die. Beds nor respawn anchors work in the end, meaning respawns will be in the overworld. If the prisoner respawns in a area of the prison in the overworld, just get another friend to destroy a block to destroy the portal after the first friend went in. Then find a way out after that. Or just simply use another ender pearl thing to teleport them out.
“Then get a friend to come into the end” Makes this incorrect. The entire Principle behind Erebus’ Abyss is that it locks everyone out of the end dimension besides the prisoner by destroying all the end portals after trapping the prisoner.
you know there is actually a "perfect" prison, and it requires only 1 block! A repeat command block that constantly tp the prisoner to a certain spot. It is that easy.
I didn't go in depth into the "gamemode creative" side of things, I really like the appeal of a prison possible in survival. I should've mentioned it in the video now that I think about it.

would it not be possible to ensure the player is always at or below 2.5 hearts whenever they're imprisoned? since ender pearls deal self-damage when they're triggered you can guarantee that the player will die if they escape using the stasis chamber, disabling it on top of sending them back to square one
Very smart, but there is actually a counter play, you can log out and back in to get immunity

Stasis chambers we consider to be invalid as an escape because it’s a preparation in advance and we can stop it by keeping them in a loop and loading every chunk, unreasonable but it’s still invalid
hmmm loading every chunk is practically impossible, about the loop thing I agree but it's still a flaw in my oppinion. I totally get why you wouldn't consider that valid tho, it does require preparation, it is quite stupid and makes pretty much every prison escapable.
Hello ObamaMan, also ye no pretty much everyone considers them invalid because it pretty much allows you to escape 99% of prisons.
I think it deserves a closer look because your average friend on an SMP doesn't care about the validity of an escape, all they want is getting out.

If you can make a perfect prison you can make a perfect fortress. That suggests to me that it can't be done.
Perfection is a really complexe concept, I'm using it in a really naive and innocent way in this video because I don't have the competence not the knowledge to talk about it.
Ender pearl stasis chambers can be disabled if the player logs out of the server
So if you set up a chunk ban that will ban the player for 1 second or you just tell him to log out even the ender pearl stasis chamber can be beat
Another way to counter stasis chambers is to build your prison in the nether. Stasis chambers in other dimensions wouldn’t work and you can’t place water in the nether.
Make the end empty except for the obsidian platform the player spawns on. Then break all the portals. Then make worldspawn have a secret chunkban. The only way they can escape is through a stasis chamber. Make sure to do a manual check before they go in
This reminds me about "Eternal Penantry" but with a chunkban, this is very good but the chunkban at spawn is still breakable 🤔
I'm a little disappointed that Rays Works's design wasn't included in the video. It was pretty cool!
I had to ignore a lot of prisons for this video and I couldn't find a good way to include it. That's something I'm definitely gonna try to improve on.
@@SillyNeve I mean makes sense technically, because all other prisons are big giant buildings with mega security systems, if you were to include ray's design it is just kinda like a small cell and it would instantly win.
It wouldn't actually win because of outside help. But yea, the fact that it was so different made it hard to include. I guess could've added an honorable mentions section

I haven't watched that many videos on prison escapes, but the ones I have seen haven't addressed one thing about stasis chambers. Since ender pearls make you take damage, would it be possible to always keep the prisoner on low enough hearts in the prison that if a stasis chamber was activated, it would kill them upon landing? Then at respawn, they are sent back to the prison and put back down at low hearts, so even if they had more than one chamber and friend to help, they'd always end up back in the cell
You probably won't see this, but if you happen to, I am really curious as to what the answer would be, since EPSC seem to be a difficult factor to overcome
You can use the respawn immunity to not take dammage from the pearl (I thought about it xD)
@@SillyNeve this, but also it’s be easier and more efficient to build the prison on the nether roof instead. Stasis chambers don’t work cross-dimension and you can’t place water in the nether for a chamber. Also, you have the protection of bedrock, and you can’t chorus fruit when above the nether roof, and you can’t place water to give yourself upwards y momentum to pearl glitch through a ceiling. I’m working on V3 of my prison so I’ve thought about this a lot XD. Great video btw!

I have a sleek design that is almost perfect, the only flaw is the capability of friends helping. It is simply moving pistons (every time they extend, the breaking restarts, making it impossible to break the walls or the floor. On top of that, it is impossible to take damage while in it, no mobs can spawn there, no fall damage is possible. It's made by making 2x4 room, hiding the redstone from players, make a piston floor moving up and down, and obsidian walls. Before you put them in, kill check them and put their items in an unreachable chest.
Pretty cool, but as you said, vulnearble from outside attacks

I’m working on a prison that has the ability to stop mythrodak, with the only issue being it uses unobtainable blocks like barrier blocks, bedrock, and command blocks etc. It’s called the last chance, because it is the ultimate glitchless prison I think of. I will test it out and work on making what prisons need like a food system, visiting, and a way to get in other than with command blocks. Maybe I will also use block 36 instead of normal glass. :/

My idea for a solo inescapable prison is if you put a bed under an end portal and break all the portal corner blocks and make the prisoner set there respaen point in the bed and cover all other over spawnabel spaces

Can't you just get the prisoner into a pernament chunkban? I'm thinking of a chunk with an infinite chunk ban clock without an off switch that bans anyone who enters it. The ban is sorrounded with anything that you want to add to defend it.

It all started with Dream, and he's on his last canon life, so killing prisoner to get out of vault to world spawn shouldn't be used to escape in any prison. That's my opinion. In real life you wouldn't kill the prisoner and then say he's free.
True, this is just the most common escape because it is way easier than others (such as pearling up with the prisoner)

At the end just make a combination none of these are inescapable but I saw a design for a cell that is so good if we put block 36 in it more layers of obsidian and if we put a cupple of kill checks, the pressure plate that will see if there is more than 1 player, some wither prevention, explosion prevention, guards, and an unrepearable design that ether Blue dream or Deaf creeper and yatsu designed it would be perfect. Also a cupple of chunk bans, a lockdown feature from Hades Vault, lava streams, a way to not access the guards, and there we go, maybe also add a cupple of features such as a lava pool around the chunk ban or Ghast towers or I don't know string may help, I am using this design on my survival SMP. The cell design is from I don't know what RUclipsr but the video is called, The first inescapable origin prison and I just googled it it's by Kenadian

Wouldnt nether portal trap work and then u just need to make sure no one connects portal to it?
Easy, make a secure prison, set the spawn point of the prisoner in the cell, destroy their bed then kill them, collect their stuff and bring it back to their house, then surround the prison with creepers.And for the prison, use obsidian and slabs so they can still see from inside the cell but can’t crawl, then make the ceiling 3 blocks thick, and then use shulkers to guard the prison, then they have to enter a password, then upgrade it if they escape, the prison is also under ground. Thought of all of that in under 5 minutes. (there is lava above the prison and the shulkers make you levitate so you would go in the lava)
