Hi Lokesh, agar tum vlook same sheet mei use kar rahe ho tho function+f4 ya directly f4 (values fix) karte hai. But agar kisi aur sheet mei vlook use kar rahe ho tho uski koi jarurat nahi hai

Fn is a function lock key on laptops and small size keyboard if you're using a full size keyboard then only F4 can do the work as you don't need a fn key to access the function button.

What if name is reapeting
In that case concatenate two or more values that are common in both tables and make a unique id then do vlookup
