Did you add the afr from the pid list? I tried to data log from how it comes set up by factory but I didn’t have a a/f display

No i didn't have to on mine it was already there, but i think u can add it from the pid list maybe depending on your vehicle but im honestly not sure

@@BlackWidowdetailing Hey bro, I have a 05 GMC 5.3 and im struggling with tuning, can you share your tune with me? I swear to God it will be at my own risk. Im doing as much research as possible and id like to know what you did on the parameters. Please bro, help a brother out.

@@DM-qp7do Hey man thanks for the support 🙏 To be honest bro what may work for me might not work for you! Usually there won't be 2 tunes alike, even if they have the same exact engine same mods and everything something as simple as a cold air intake can make a big difference especially depending on the air filter. A lot of that has to do with location and the weather and even the elevation of wherever u live can play a big part in it. What exactly are u having an issue with? Like are u smelling a bunch of gas whenever u do a pull or do u feel like it's not making much of a difference? More timing isn't always the best either sometimes you have to remove timing to gain hp
If I was you and wanting the most out of my engine, what I do regularly to keep my engine running its best, I get throttle body cleaner, mass airflow cleaner, and I clean my throttle body and mass air flow sensor once every few months also I only run premium gasoline in my tahoe usually non ethanol gas because it burns much better and reduces the chances of knock if your vehicle is detecting knock it will reduce timing itself, also u can pick up a cheap oil catch can on Amazon and it will help to keep your intake manifold clean which will help keep your engine running its best

@@BlackWidowdetailing Thanks man, its funny you mentioned the throttle body and mass air flow sensor cuz im going to do that on my weekend. So if I can't throw a certain number of timing or fule pressure at it I guess what you COULD help me with is how to set my "upshift MPH vs PT" and also what I want it to do is kick down at the right time. I'll be doing 30 in 3rd gear, put the pedal flat to the boards and it won't kick down to 2nd gear. It just falls on its face. So if you could tell me how yours is set it would save me a lot of time and wear and tear on my truck. Basically I'd like it to act like "toe mode" when im giving it the beans, and in normal driving id like it to stretch the RPMs a bit more before it shifts. And I just can't seem to get it right. Thanks man.

@@BlackWidowdetailing Also for whatever reason the tuner will geek out sometimes and wipe out my tune and my truck won't start. I have a new battery and the truck is BONE stock so its not that. So my only guess is sometimes im not getting 12 volts to the OBD2 port. So I unhooked the battery, checked all my fuses, updated my diablo and it prompted me to return the factory tune, so I did. Then a week later I threw about 8 degrees of timing at it with a tiny bit more fule pressure but I messed up the shift points in WOT obviously because its not kicking down into a lower gear when it should. And with the tuner geeked out at times my next tune is going to be done all at once with all of the right parameters or not at all. I can't keep messing with the its brains and abusing the engine and the wimpy 4L60E transmission.
