Hello Sarita Mam...How are you..? Today we tried Loni dosa recipy. It became very very sponge, Delicious, yummy.. And by using Murmur powder & roasted wet coconut 🥥it became very testy. Add one fourth cup sabudana to rice when soaking the rice. It makes the dosa super white and dosa retains golden color without becoming dark black even if left for a few minutes longer, besides becoming super soft due to addition of poha paste (half to three fourth cup), grated fresh coconut (half to three fourth cup) and chur-murey powder (half to three fourth cup). It is a good idea to add a packet of ENO Fruit Salt (lemon / plain flavor) to enhance the spongy texture and increase the number of small holes in the dosa. ENO powder to be poured into the batter just before using it to make the dosa or idli and sprinkling half a tea spoon of water over the powder and mixing well.
Tawa jab new rahta hai tab use jovar flour or konsa bhi flour 2-3 tbsp daal ke dry hi rakh kar ache se rub karo. Then pani se saf kar je.. Tel laga ke 2 din aise hi rakh do. After 2 days soap lagakar wash karo. (do not use steel scrubber) use normal one. Then, tawa gas me rakhne se pahele tissue se tel lagakar grease karo, fir gas on karo. Aur, dosa roti bana sakate ho. Hamesha, tawa gas pe chadhane se pahele tel lagakar rakhoge aur regular use karoge to Acha result milega
Nahi..... Tava gas var garam karayla thevnya adhi tissue or kapdyane tel lavun ghya.. Mag gas var garam karayla theva. Agdi nonstick sarkhe dose sutatat dose. Hava tar pahila dosa chota banva..
