Nice explanation about mediation I already knew it Matt but you confirmed it three people court if you think you got a case mediation just makes a process longer and everybody gets a fair play and you’ll lose

USLawEssentials I mean this video nicely covers negotiation and mediation which are parts of ADR (alternative dispute resolution). Arbitration could also be covered in it as another part of ADR.
