The LAPD is complicit in allowing this to happen. What's not shown here is the hour prior where the inept PD couldn't even contain her on empty urban streets. They had multiple opportunities to shoot out a tire or block her in, but continually backed away and let her run wild before getting onto the freeway. Shame on them.

At most according to the charges she will get 22 yrs and 8months if convicted. Hoping she gets a long sentence but thankful no one was killed.
