@@ogebogi he's a different breed of camper, specifically he's a "LMG camper". Identifiable by using a LMG with a bipod and a scope laying on the ground usually on the edge of the map on a hill or in a bush using the LMG as an automatic sniper.

Was thinking the same shit. The problem with everyone playing video games now days is that most people are fucking retards and then shit like this happens.
Battlefield players have zero situational awareness. If it was a team of them vs AI bots, the bots would win because the Battlefield players have no clue what sounds (footsteps, directional gunshots, etc..), environmental cues (recently formed crater where it wasn’t like 10 seconds ago), and context clues (your teammate just died in front of you, how do you not know how he died???) are. They also have little knowledge of the minimap and think a killfeed (which can actually contribute immensely for context clues) is COD exclusive.
@@Balls1335 you said it best. I play Battlefield 1 and what little games I find most people know whats going on and the majority have zero clue. When I play 5, 2042 or any others its comedic how bad people are.
@@logan5804 It wasn't always like this, you used to get amazing conquest games back in the day when it was populated. Battlefield 1 had the least number of bullshit uncontrollable deaths of any bf game. But then they added it to steam, made it really cheap and got it unbanned in china. All of a sudden loads of children and bots were playing a game which they never would have bothered playing otherwise.

moments like these are why BF is still my favourite FPS franchise, nothing beats hauling ass down one side of the map to set up in a good flank position, to be rewarded with half the enemy team pushing towards me & the 600 rounds of M240B ammo i’ve got.

Idk if u have PC but try battlebit if you can, literally 100 v 100 old school battlefield with some cool twists like voip and building.
I was able to do something similar to this in BF1 on the Ottoman map where the British storm the beaches. As a defender, sitting on the hill and providing suppressive/covering fire felt awesome, especially when you got medics and assault class throwing everything they had next to you

@williamhall6651 I guess maybe some scopes might work like that but the one I have will actually show the heat reflected from the sub off of the hill so you just see a bunch of light instead of in the cool evening or night time where the heat given off by a living body is greater than the surroundings.

That scope is probably the best looking scope in game. I like the lower looking resolution in the scope like it’s a actual thermal camera. Also the black bars on the top and bottom that makes the image boxy looks good.

I agree with most of that except the black bars, feels like I'm watching a youtube video through a scope.
It's actually a very good attention to detail. Feels so immersive compared to say MW19's thermals.

I had a moment like this on BF1. I got to the side of a mountain of a major choke point and saw over 20 enemies all hunkered down. Iron sight Martin Henry I killed 14 before I died. Greatest feeling in gaming right there!

Well that's what an LMG is supposed to be. It is meant to mess you up if you don't take cover.
This is exactly what I missed about battlefield. The sized maps with such variety and were often interactive, the amount of teamwork which is encouraged within the community, and especially times like this where in the midst of a team on team gunfight, finding a spot to flank and just taking out everyone with an LMG or sniper

Since he has crossplay disabled it is hard for him to find a lobby, and when he is in one there are very few in it, so the lobbies are filled with bots that have real player names.
@@syxzx3507 I dont think there are bots with real people names. I also have games with less no of players but then all other players are bots with bot names all throughout the game (I am from SEA region, there are less players there)
