The main reason I chose to come to this park in 2016 was because as a huge Looney Tunes fan, I really wanted to check out Yosemite Sam's Gold River Adventure as I was worried it would be close to closing soon. Based on how that ride is closed now, it looks like I made a good decision, even though the reason for it closing was definitely not what I was expecting.
I was born and raised in Texas until I turned 15 and my family moved to Oklahoma. I was just wondering how it looked now. I was so happy to see the Mexican hat ride! It was sad when they shut down the cave ride😢
Interesting that neither Shockwave or Batman make your top 4 in the park. But your list isn’t atrocious. Hyde had great things to say about Aquaman as well, so looking forward to it. I got 4 awful rides on NTG on a hot June day all over the train. Must’ve been a bad day for it. But we rode I-Rat the day before so a letdown was inevitable.
A basic season pass comes out to be very cheap per visit if you go say 5 or more times a year, but they make their money if you eat or drink, get a daily flash pass, or buy merchandise. You can get free cups of water at any vendor, but if it's hot I'm spending the money on expensive gatorade so that's how they get me. Plus I've bought a couple meals. The more expensive season pass has discounted prices on food and merchandise and gives you a few free flash passes and entry to other six flags parks in case you travel. Great deal if you are able to take a day trip to Fiesta Texas or if you want to buy food. Lots of people also buy a meal plan with their season pass to save money if they always eat at the park.
Buying a Platinum Pass this weekend is on sale at $79.99 which would give you 15% off every food and merchandise purchase, free parking, and free entry to Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags over Texas until Dec 31st.
Oh least it’s just a minor breakdown and isn’t closed for the nine months or so that it was last year… Sorry you didn’t get the ride though I really enjoyed my rides this year on it!

@@dianaromero5782 Oh that's sad when did they happen when I went only one ride broke down and that was the new Aquaman power wave ride the rest were fine I just went to Mr freeze first my 2nd day there since it got a long line mid-day that doesn't move much!!!!!

Yes, they do rent motorized scooters. same place at the front of the park where you get the strollers for kids.
